execution system, which ultimately achieves the goal of lean production. As China's first joint venture automobile company, FAW-Volkswagen Co., Ltd. has
a production capacity of 3 million vehicles at five bases and six factories. The company has 33 welding, painting and assembly production lines. In order to
achieve lean production for a large automobile company like FAW-Volkswagen, intelligent and digital production management is particularly important. The
implementation of production management, the transmission and feedback of production information, IV the efficiency of production process and delivery
