中 占有一席地位是每个企业都要面临的严峻现实。每个企业都是市场经济运行中 的一分子,都有各自不同的采购需求,面对林林总总的采购任务,企业管理及 采购团队如何尽可
能做好辨识供应商、评价供应商以及选择最适合的供应商为 企业服务,增强供应链的竞争力对企业来说是非常重要而持久的课题。 本文所研究的三普药业是一家位于青海省的中
药制剂企业,公司维修业务 是当前的管理短板之一。外协维修是维修业务的重要部分,该业务兼具项目管 理和专业性的特点,维修成本占据了企业维修费用支出的一半以上,成
为困扰 企业发展的难题。由于外协维修供应商鱼龙混杂,若对其选择和管理不当,很 容易造成维修费用支出失控。 论文首先以三普药业外协维修业务及维修供应商现状分析为切
入点,通过 鱼骨图等分析工具找出维修供应商选择存在的问题。其次,依次采用ABC分类 法和卡拉杰克矩阵提出维修供应商的分类方法,分别给出维修供应商分类管理 的策略。
然后,采用层次分析法,建立维修供应商的评价指标体系;进而通过 计算供应商评价指标权重并进行一致性检验,以及对供应商评价指标的量化评 分,设计出三普药业维修供应
商选择的优化方案;并结合维修供应商选择的实 例分析,验证了维修供应商选择优化方案的运行效果。最后,通过完善组织结 构、健全供应商的管理制度及信息系统,通过培训
采购及管理团队来保证三普 药业供应商选择方案的顺利实施,进而不断提升三普药业供应商管理的水平, 提高企业供应链的竞争力。 关键词:外协维修,维修供应商,供应商选

its own different procurement needs. Facing the multitude of procurement tasks, how can the enterprise management and procurement team do their best to
identify suppliers, evaluate suppliers and choose the most suitable one? Suppliers serve enterprises, and enhancing the competitiveness of the supply chain
is a very important and lasting issue for enterprises. The Sanpu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. studied in this paper is a traditional Chinese medicine preparation
company located in Qinghai Province. The company's maintenance business is one of the current management shortcomings. Outsourcing maintenance is an
important part of the maintenance business. This business has the characteristics of both project management and professionalism. The maintenance cost
accounts for more than half of the enterprise's maintenance expenses, which has become a problem that puzzles the development of the enterprise. As the
outsourcing maintenance suppliers are mixed, if they are not properly selected and managed, it is easy to cause maintenance costs to run out of control. The
thesis firstly takes Sanpu Pharmaceutical's outsourcing maintenance business and the analysis of the status of maintenance suppliers as the starting

maintenance supplier selection. Secondly, ABC classification and Kraljik matrix are used in turn to propose a classification method for maintenance
suppliers, and strategies for classification management of maintenance suppliers are given respectively. Then, an analytic hierarchy process was used to
establish a maintenance supplier evaluation index system; then by calculating the supplier evaluation index weights and performing consistency checks, as
well as quantifying the supplier evaluation index scores, we designed the Sanpu pharmaceutical maintenance supplier selection Optimization plan; combined
with the example analysis selected by the maintenance supplier, the operation effect of the optimization plan selected by the maintenance supplier is
verified. Finally, by improving the organizational structure, perfecting the supplier management system and information system, and training the procurement
and management team to ensure the smooth implementation of Sanpu Pharmaceutical's supplier selection plan, and thus continuously improve the level of
