KeyWords:BusinessPlan;TextTypology;CommunicativeTranslation;Semantic Translatio打 i 山东大学硕-上实践报告 摘要 随着全球经济一体化进程的加快,中国对外交流日益频繁。中国已经进入资本经济 时代。对外开放政策下的中国企业逐渐开始寻求国外融资,因此企业融资成功关键在于 商业计划书的编写。一份完整的商业计划书主要包括计划概耍、公司概况、产品和服务、 欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司和市场分析、营销策略、管理团队、财务预测和资本需求等。因此,好的商业计划^ 书的翻译对于成功获得外商融资至关重要。 本文W《和田地区亚中机电有限公司商业计划书》的汉英翻译实践报告为例,W纽 马克的文本类型理论为指导,从语义翻译和交际翻译的视角对商业计划书的翻译实践进 行分析。基于语言的H大功能,纽马克结合语言功能,将文本主要分为H大类,包括表 达型文本、信息型文本和呼唤型文本。基于这一分类他又提出了语义翻译和交际翻译两 大翻译方法。语义翻译力求接近原文,尊重原作者和源文化;而交际翻译则注重读者的 反应,尊重译入语及其文化。同一文本不会仅具有一种功能。在翻译过程中,语义翻译 与交际翻译两种方法不能被割裂开来,而要相互补充W使得译文更为自然简洁。 本翻译报告共分为五个章节。第一章主要介绍了翻译项目的背景信息、翻译过程W 及翻译项目的重要性。第二章主要对原文本进行分析,包括如何撰写商业计划书及原 文的语言特征。第兰章介绍了纽马克的文本类型理论及语义翻译和交际翻译两大翻译方 法。第四章主要介绍翻译实践过程中,结合纽马克的翻译理论和方法进行具体的案例分 析。第五章总结作者对翻译项目LA及报告的反思。翻译是一个不断优化不断改进的过程,i 译者应针对文本的语言功能有针对性地采取相应的翻译方法,保证翻译的质量和效果。
