随着市场经济发展的不断深化，特别是企业外部环境变化日益凸显，企业在 各类经济活动中都会遇到各种不确定性的因素，这些因素通过积累之后对企业发 展将会带来诸多风险，这在一定程度上制约了企业运行管理，对企业长远目标的 实现都会造成影响。而企业目前所遇到财务风险的提升已经将很多企业风险等级 面临警戒线，因此，如何通过化解企业当前的财务风险是我们亟待解决的突出问 题。 本文以财务风险管理理论为基础，通过国内外学者关于财务风险理论相关的 研究成果，分析其如何识别、评价进而化解企业所面临的财务风险。文中以中冶 长天 A 项目为研究对象，运用关财务风险理论，以财务风险管理步骤作研究基础， 对该项目财务风险的识别、评价以及控制手段进行研究。本文通过对中冶长天 A 项目的欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司进行介绍，结合外部环境以及内部管理两方面因素的影响，分析中冶 长天 A 项目在项目实施过程中所遇到的财务风险，并通过定性和定量分析的方法 对中冶长天 A 项目所面临的财务风险进行分析，剖析出项目面临的财务风险，然 后根据国内外应对财务风险的理论以及当前中冶长天 A 项目所处的实际环境，构 建新的财务风险管理体系，从而逐步化解中冶长天 A 项目的财务风险，也由此给 国内类似的项目工程实施财务风险的应对提供借鉴。 关键词，财务风险；风险识别；风险评价；风险控制V Abstract With the development of marketing economics, especially the external environment changing has become more and more prominent. Enterprises will encounter various uncertain factors which will bring many risks to the development of it through accumulating, and restrict the realization of enterprises long-term goals. In nowadays , the firms has faced a warning line of growing financial risks. And now, how to solve the current financial risks of enterprises are the outstanding problem for us. This paper is based on the financial risk management theory which is through the study results of domestic and foreign scholars. It analyzes that how to identify, solve and deal with the financial risks that enterprises have faced. It studies the identification, evaluation and controlling measures of the CIE-A project. This article analyzes the financial risks of this project from eternal environment and internal management, and also use the qualitative and quantitative method to dissect. It will build a new financial management system through the international financial risk theory and the practical issues which the CIE-A project has faced. After that, it will gradually resolve the financial risks of the CIE-A project, and provide an implementation for similar domestic financial project.
