首先,本文简要阐述了不连沟选煤厂总承包项目的背景,提出进行项目风险研究的
必要性。其次,系统地概述项目风险管理的相关理论,对工程项目风险的识别、分析、
应对、控制、监控等几个阶段进行了深入的探讨。再次,介绍了不连沟选煤厂总承包项
目的概括、组织、进度计划和管理目标。接着,本文重点通过欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司调查、专家访问和
阶段分析,并参考FIDIC的相关条款和有关研究成果,对该总承包项目的风险进
行识别;通过构造风险评价模型,运用了层次分析法对不连沟选煤厂总承包项目常见
的风险因素进行分析,按组合权重大小对风险因素重要性进行排序并分类管理;从
风险规避、风险转移、风险缓解、风险接受和风险监控等几个方面来总结一套完
善的风险应对策略;从总承包商的角度,对风险清单中的重要风险因素提出控制
措施。本文对提髙总承包商的风险管理意识和管理水平有一定的积极作用。
本文从国内煤炭欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司选煤厂建设工程的现状出发,通过项目风险管理的相关理论及
方法研究,应用项目风险管理的基础理论,针对不连沟选煤厂总承包建设项目进行风险
识别、分析,并提出相应风险防范措施。指出了对不连沟选煤厂总承包项目所进行的风
险识别、风险分析、风险应对以及风险控制不仅适用煤矿建设工程,而且其方法具有普
遍适用性,可推广应用到一般的总承包工程建设项目中去。

Abstract
Research on the Risk Management of Buliangou
Coal Preparation Plant EPC Project
Abstract
First of all, this paper briefly expounds the nonunion ditch coal preparation plant of
general contracting project background, puts forward the necessity of research on project risk.
Secondly, a systematic overview of project risk management theory,the project risk
identification, analysis, response, controlling, monitoring and other stages were discussed.
Again, not even ditch coal preparation plant are introduced in general contract project
summary, organization, scheduling and management objectives. Then, this paper through the
investigation, expert interview and phase analysis, and reference to the relevant provision of
FIDIC and related study results,the general contract project risk identification; by
constructing risk evaluation model,using the AHP method to not even ditch coal preparation
plant of general contracting project common risk factors were analyzed, according to
combination weight size on the risk factors of importance ranking and classification
management; from risk aversion, risk transfer, risk mitigation, risk acceptance, risk
monitoring and so on several aspects to sum up a set of perfect risk response strategy; from
contractor angle, Putting forward the risk controlling countermeasures in the list of important
risk factors. This paper to improve the general contractor risk management awareness and
management level have certain positive role.
This article from the domestic coal industry coal preparation plant construction present
situation, through the project risk management theory and method, use project risk
management theory, for not even ditch coal preparation plant general contract construction
project risk identification, analysis, and puts forward the corresponding measures for risk
prevention. Pointed out to not even ditch coal preparation plant of general contracting project
conducted by the risk identification, risk analysis, risk response and risk controlling is not
only suitable for coal mine construction project, and the method has wide applicability, and
can be applied to general contracting construction projects.
