本文主要采用文献欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司法!专家访谈法!数据统计法!实地考察法等研究方 法对花样跳绳运动在上海市中小学推广的可行性进行了探讨研究主要结合我院 的花样跳绳运动推广计划展开的调查,主要调查了教育者对开展花样跳绳运动的 倾向性!师生对于花样跳绳运动的认知情况!推广开展情况反馈,以及影响花样 跳绳运动在上海市中小学推广的因素等方面进行了具体的调查研究,并根据该项 目推广的现状引发了进一步思考,旨在让花样跳绳运动得到健康积极的发展,同 时努力使青少年学生的身体素质得到进一步的提高 研究结论如下: 1!花样跳绳运动由其本身所具有价值和优势,例如对场地器材要求不高!具有 良好的安全性!并且开展方式灵活多样等优势,使花样跳绳运动在上海市中小学 中的推广具备了一定的可行性 2!上海市地区中小学学校领导及师生对推广花样跳绳运动大多数持支持的态度 学生参与花样跳绳运动的积极性较高 3!通过调查还发现,通过花样跳绳的教学推广,大部分的中小学生能够掌握跳 绳的基本技术动作和花样跳绳的基本技术动作 4!花样跳绳运动有利于使学生养成良好的健身习惯,培养其团队协作以及积极 进取的优良品质,增强青少年学生的审美情趣,培养学生的创造性思维,对推动 素质教育进程有着积极的作用 5!对花样跳绳项目的运动生理进行了初步的测定,结果发现花样跳绳项目是属 于中等强度负荷的运动,对青少年的健康是有利的,为花样跳绳运动在上海市中 小学的推广的可行性提供了生理依据 6!影响花样跳绳项目在上海市中小学推广的因素主要有缺乏花样跳绳的专项教 练员!缺乏花样跳绳相关欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司教材!体育教师缺少进修与培训!相关职能部门重 视不够等,其中最重要的因素是花样跳绳转向教练员匿乏,花样跳绳教练人才的 缺乏和专业水平低下己经严重阻碍了花样跳绳运动的推广与发展 7!从香港中小学进行花样跳绳运动推广中得到了启示,发花样跳绳运动在内地 中小学中更好地推广与开展具有重要的参考和借鉴意义 8!跟随跃动上海花样跳绳队进行教学推广,考察总结出花样跳绳教学应遵循因 材施教原则!动作分解教学原则!鼓励性原则!娱乐性原则!拓展创新原则等, 只有抓住了这几点,才能使花样跳绳运动发挥其最大的作用并且得到更好的推 广 关键词:花样跳绳;中小学;推广;可行性 )AbstraCt ThisPaPer一nainlyusedthemethodofliterature,intervie琳survey,statistic一esearehand observationalmethodtodiseussedthefeasibilityonthePI#o一notionofstylishskiPPingin elementaryandsecondaryschoolofshanghaiarea.StudiesInainlyfromtllePointsofthe orientationofedueatortowardsstylishskiPPing.develoPlnent,theeognitionoftheteaeheronit, thefeedbaekofthePromotionandthei一nPactsofeonstrainsinthestylishskiPPing.Pro一notionin shanghaiele一nentaryandseeondarysehoolaeeordingwiththePro一刀otionPlanningofthestylish skiPPingtearninourinstitution,andPutforwardsomeeorresPondingcountermeasuresin aeeordaneewiththePromotionofstylishskiPPing,aimedataetivatingthePromotionofstylish skiPPing,inthemeantime,makinggreateffortstobuilduPthePhysiealqualityoftheyoungsters.
