近年来,随着创新在企业中重要性的提高,企业研发工作显得越发重要,而 贯穿于研发活动的研发协作是企业研发最重要的方式,然而随着企业研发团队规 模的逐步扩大、产品复杂度的提高、产品形态的增多以及交付周期变得越来越短, 团队成员间逐步出现一些研发协作的问题。 德赛西威公司是汽车电子零部件知名企业。基于前身西门子的先天优势,德 赛西威早期即引入了西门子的产品生命周期流程,此研发流程中明确了产品生命 周期各个阶段的研发活动。德赛西威公司的研发协作贯穿于此流程所定义研发活 动中,但随着公司的高速发展,由于德赛西威公司缺少与产品生命周期流程相匹 配的产品生命周期管理系统,从而带来了研发协作的问题,影响了工作效率、成 本。因此,产品生命周期管理系统视角下的德赛西威公司的研发协作改进势在必 行。 本文以产品生命周期管理系统视角下的德赛西威公司研发协作改进研究为 主题,首先对研发协作的定义、产品生命周期管理的理论进行了回顾。其次,通 过对德赛西威公司产品生命周期各阶段的研发协作的现状研究,发现德赛西威公 司的研发协作存在问题,这些协作问题导致研发效率低、运营成本高、管理难度 大等一系列问题,严重影响了工作交付和员工的工作体验。再次、针对德赛西威 公司研发协作问题,以产品生命周期管理系统的视角设计了适合德赛西威公司研 发协作改进的策略,改进策略主要包含零部件管理、设计管理、文档管理、项目 管理这几个方面。最后,从技术保障措施、人员保障措施以及制度保障措施这几 个方面来确保产品生命周期管理系统视角下的德赛西威公司研发协作改进策略 的顺利实施。 关键词:研发协作,产品生命周期管理系统,德赛西威II STUDY ON R&D COLLABORATION IMPROVEMENT IN DESAY SV FROM THE VIEW OF PLM SYSTEM Abstract In recent years, with the increasing importance of innovation in enterprises, enterprise R&D work has become more and more important, and R&D collaboration throughout R&D activities is a top priority. However, with the gradual expansion of the R&D team, the variety of products, the product complexity and delivery cycle have become shorter and shorter, and some research and development collaboration problems have emerged among team members. DESAY SV is a well-known company in automotive electronic components. Based on the innate advantages of the predecessor Siemens, DESAY SV introduced the product life cycle process of Siemens in the early stage. This R&D process clarified the R&D activities at all stages of the product life cycle. DESAY SV's R&D collaboration runs through the R&D activities defined by this process. However, with the rapid development of the company, DESAY SV lacks a product lifecycle management system that matches the product lifecycle process, which brings about the problem of R&D collaboration. Affects work efficiency and cost. Therefore, the research and development collaboration of DESAY SV from the perspective of product lifecycle management system is imperative. This paper focuses on the research of DESAY SV R&D collaboration improvement from the perspective of product lifecycle management system. Firstly, it reviews the definition of R&D collaboration and the theory of product lifecycle management. Secondly, through the research on the research and development of DESAY SV product life cycle, it is found that there are problems in the research and development collaboration of DESAY SV, which lead to a series of problems such as low R&D efficiency, high operating costs, and difficult management, which seriously affect job delivery and employee work experience. Thirdly, for the DESAY SV R&D collaboration problem, the strategy of DESAY SV R&D collaboration improvement was designed from the perspective of product lifecycle management system. TheIII improvement strategy mainly includes parts management, design process, document management and project plan management. Finally, from the aspects of technical safeguard measures, personnel security measures, and system safeguard measures, the smooth implementation of the DESAY SV R&D collaboration improvement strategy from the perspective of product lifecycle management system is ensured.
