为了适应医院生存!发展!改制的需要,必须加强医院人力资源管理, 改进职能科室人员的绩效考核,以提高医院职能科室人员的工作效 率!服务质量 本文结合洛铜医院实际,以战略为导向,设计了一套针对职能科 室工作人员的
绩效考核方案,力求为医院下一步向事业或企业医院平 稳过渡,在医院人力资源管理方面做好准备工作报告首先分析了洛 铜医院绩效管理的现状,归纳总结了存在的主要问题,然后按照战略 导向的原则,结合职能科室人员特点,
运用MBO思想,构建了洛铜 医院职能科室人员与医院战略紧密相关的绩效考核指标体系,并且从 准备!实施!反馈!结果四个方面设计了其职能科室人员绩效考核办 法,最后通过实施保障系统对绩效考核中的关键环节进行监督!保
