在回顾与梳理创客文化、创新能力及创新绩效相关概念和文献的基础上,本文结合
现有与创客文化相关的文献研究成果,运用皮埃尔●布尔迪厄的文化资本理论从物质文
化、精神文化、制度文化三个维度,建立了以创新能力为中介作用的创客文化对企业创
新绩效的理论概念模型。以深圳福田上沙创客社区企业、新乡创客工业园区为研究样本,
以调查问卷形式搜集相关数据,通过采用 SPSS16.0 和 AMOS21.0 统计分析软件对数据
进行统计分析,以对研究假设进行验证。实证检验结果表明:创客文化对企业创新绩效
具有正向影响;创新能力对企业创新绩效具有正向影响;创客文化对创新能力具有正向
影响;创新能力在创客文化对企业创新绩效影响中起着中介作用
根据前文研究,本文从丰富创客文化与提高创新能力两方面为企业提升创新绩效提出以
下建议。(1)重新构建企业表层物质特征,营造良好的创新文化氛围;实行扁平化制
度管理,积极创新制度文化建设;把创客文化的精髓思想融入企业中,培养员工创客精
神。(2)提高创新能力。通过开展广泛的技术知识交流活动,提高在创新界的影响力,
使企业获得持续不断的创新力

ABSTRACT
Maker culture is birth under the maker space and factory rapid developing. With the participation of
more and more enterprises and the public, and many products of transform world are created. Enterprises as
an important force in economic production activities, the level of its innovative performance represents the
strength of the enterprise market competitiveness.The innovation ability is an important factor to measure
the innovation performance of the enterprise,which indicates whether the enterprise can maintain the
sustainable competitive advantage.The characteristics of the joint office and sharing of maker culture,
providing the conditions for the integration and utilization of the internal and external information
knowledge, collaborative approach to creative knowledge and technological innovation to improve
innovation and innovation.
On the basis of reviewing and combing the concepts and literatures related to maker culture,
innovation ability and innovation performance, this paper combines the existing research achievements
related to the maker culture, and using Bourdieu &39;s Theory of Cultural Capital in the material culture,
spiritual culture and institutional culture, establishing a theoretical conceptual model of the influence of
maker culture on enterprise&39;s innovation performance based on the mediating variable of the innovation
ability.To Shenzhen Futian ShangSha community business and Xinxiang Maker Industrial Park as the
sample study,the data were collected by using SPSS16.0 and AMOS21.0 statistical analysis software to
verify the research hypothesis.The empirical test results show that:the maker culture has a positive effect on
the innovation performance of the enterprise;the innovation ability has a positive impact on the innovation
performance of the enterprise;the maker culture has a positive effect on the innovation ability;the
innovation ability plays an intermediary role in the influence of the maker culture on the innovation
performance of the enterprise.
According to the previous research, this paper puts forward the following suggestions to enhance the
innovation performance of the enterprise from the aspects of enriching the culture of innovation and
improving the innovation ability.First, Re-build the characteristics of corporate surface material, and create
a good atmosphere of innovative culture;the implementation of flat system management, a positive

innovation system of cultural construction;the idea of the essence of the culture into the enterprise to
cultivate staff spirit.Second, to improve innovation.Through extensive technical knowledge exchange
activities, to improve the influence in the innovation community, so that enterprises continue to innovate.
