本文以 SWIFT MEDICAL 转型核心件高端制造战略作为研究对象,主要从
SWIFT MEDICAL 的现况进行分析,SWIFT MEDICAL 和中国绝大多数医疗器械
制造企业一样,产品打上了低质低价的烙印,高端产品大多被国外垄断,大型设
备的核心技术大多被国外巨头掌控,中国设备核心件主要还是靠进口。从企业发
展战略转型着手,采用文献法和观察法等方法对 SWIFT MEDICAL 核心件高端制
造战略进行研究。首先介绍了 SWIFT MEDICAL 发展沿革、现状,通过观察法找
出 SWIFT MEDICAL 发展存在问题及其原因以及机会,通过查阅了大量的文献资
料,运用生命周期相关理论,在相关理论的指导下分析得出企业的困境是低端制
造,必须要转向高端制造,再提出选择高端制造发展定位,并提出高端制造路径
选择,包括选择核心件 X 射线管、高科技产品研发、智能化制造、10P 营销和销
售与售后一体化服务,在对 SWIFT MEDICAL 高端制造发展分析后,明确了 SWIFT
MEDICAL 核心件高端制造战略目标。为实现这一战略目标,在公司相对控股股权
设计、直线型组织结构设计、公司制制度设计、高绩效人力资源和财务支持方面
给予保障措施
通过对 SWIFT MEDICAL 剖析研究,得出 SWIFT MEDICAL 必须转型才有出
路,公司最好的转型出路是核心件高端制造战略

ABSTRACT
For the strategic research on enterprise &39;s core part high end manufacturing,the
foreign research has a longer history and with many successful business cases.The
domestic high-end manufacturing enterprise &39;s core part strategy research also has a
long history, mainly in special industries: military, aerospace and heavy
equipment.There’s no more research about high-end manufacturing development in
medical equipments industry. While our Country take biomedicine and
high-performance medical equipment as one of the top ten key areas of 2025, which has
theoretical value and practical significance on the development of China&39;s medical
device industry research.
This paper takes SWIFT MEDICAL transformation of core part high-end
manufacturing strategy as a research object, mainly study on the current situation of
SWIFT MEDICAL. Same as the majority medical equipments manufacturers, SWIFT
MEDICAL is marked with low-quality and low-priced brand. While the high-end
products are mostly Foreign monopoly, and the core technology of large-scale
equipments, is mostly controlled by foreign giants. China&39;s the core parts of
equipments mainly rely on imports. Starting with strategic transformation of enterprise
development, this paper study SWIFT MEDICAL&39;s core part high-end manufacturing
strategy with literature and observation method. Firstly, it introduces the development
and current situation of SWIFT MEDICAL, finding out the problems and reasons of
SWIFT MEDICAL development through the observation method. By consulting a lot of
literatures and using life-cycle related theories, it is pointed out that the predicament of
enterprises is low-end manufacturing, which must be turned to high-end manufacturing,
then choose high-end manufacturing development orientation, including core parts
X-ray tubes, high-tech product development, intelligent manufacturing, 10P marketing
and sales and after-sales integration service, SWIFT MEDICAL&39;s core part high-end
manufacturing analysis, the SWIFT MEDICAL&39;s core part high-end manufacturing of
strategic objectives. In order to achieve this strategic goal, in the company&39;s relative
holding equity design, linear organizational structure design, corporate system design,
high performance human resources and financial support to provide security measures.
