近年来,国家高度重视并支持广西区域的经济发展,西江经济带国家战略的实施将

给广西经济特别是桂东地区经济的进一步发展带来强劲的动力。桂平市处于桂东地区的

几何中心,辖区内尚未有可用油库,为了保障桂东地区经济的长期稳定发展,对在桂平

市范围内新建油库项目的研究显得非常有必要。

论文以分析整理国内外相关文献欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司、国家及地方政府政策为基础,结合广西区内

特别是桂东地区的市场需求、油库现状等方面数据,主要采用了典型的可行性理论研究

方法,辅以市场调查分析法、经济费用效益评价等方法进行研究。论文对项目建设的必

要性、项目政策环境、社会稳定、市场需求、环境影响、财务评价等方面进行了分析,

通过分析得出油库项目可行的结论,为后期的项目决策和执行提供有力的理论基础。

Abstract

In recent years, the country attaches great importance to the economic development of

Guangxi. Implementation of national strategy in Xijiang economic belt will bring strong

power to the further economic development of Guangxi, especially Guidong area. Guiping

City is located at the geometric center of Guidong area, and there is available oil depot in this

area. In order to ensure the long-term stable development of economy in Guidong area, it is

very necessary to study newly built oil depot within Guiping area.

This paper based on the domestic and foreign literature and the national and local

government policies, united the data on market demand and current situation of oil pet in

Guangxi, especially in Guidong area. Typical feasible theory research, market survey analysis

md economic cost benefit evaluation method are used to analyze necessity of project

construction, project policy environment,social stability, market demand, environmental

impact and financial evaluation, based on which,the feasibility of oil depot is concluded to

provide strong theoretical basis for later project decision-making and implementation.
