XX 煤炭集团多元化发展战略研究
煤炭是枯竭型资源，煤炭企业发展将受资源赋存量约束。如何保持煤炭企业持续
发展，这将是煤炭企业选择实施多元化战略的一个重要原因。XX 煤炭集团是省属国有
煤炭企业，该企业也将面临能源枯竭这一不可避免的问题出现。如何在发展好煤炭主
业的同时，以煤为基，适度多元的搞好持续发展，制定合适的多元化经营战略，做优
做精相关产业，根据自身优势培植好企业核心竞争项目，努力搞好替代产业发展，这
将是未来许多企业将面临的一个重要的、具有研究意义的任务和课题。

本文从多元化经营战略的理论概述入手，解释了多元化经营的概念，对什么是多
元化、多元化经营的形式分类到相关多元化做了大致描述，以 XX 煤炭集团实施多元

Abstract
A Study of Diversified Development Strategies of XX Coal Group
Coal enterprises are exhaustible resource enterprises.To maintain the sustainable
development of such enterprises,it isanobjective choice to implement the strategy of XX coal
group is a provincial state-owned coal enterprise, the enterprise will face the energy
depletion of the inevitable problems. How to develop the coal business at the same time, to
coal as the base, moderately improve the sustainable development, set up appropriate
diversification strategy, do do the optimal relevant industries, according to their own
advantage good cultivating enterprise core competitive projects, efforts to do a good job in
alternative industry development, this will be the future many companies will face one of the
most important, have the mission of the research significance and the topic.
This article starts with an introduction to diversification strategy theory,explains the
concept of the diversification strategy,and generally describes the notion of
diversification,types of diversification and related diversification.On the basis of the XX
Coal Group’s diversified strategy,the article has analyzed both advantages and risks of the
strategy,elaborated the problems occurred in the strategy implementation,pointed out the
measures that the Group had formulated and implemented in diversification strategy,and
proposed countermeasures to avoid and deal with these problems.The whole article has
systematically analyzed the practice of XX Coal Group’s diversified strategy.
