摘要
近年来,我国煤炭机械欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司发展迅速,技术实力和产品品质方面与发达国家的差距正
逐步缩小,国家通过产业、税收等多方面的优惠政策对本欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司进行大力扶持。在新的发展
阶段下,煤炭机械装备将朝着机械化、智能化、节能化方向发展。本文以 AK公司煤炭机
械装备业务为研究对象,通过分析近几年煤炭机械装备发展的趋势以及 AK公司自身发展
的优势和问题,为企业煤炭机械装备业务制定竞争战略提供一些思路。
文章以 AK公司为典型案例,为推动 AK公司在新发展阶段下实现长久生存和跨越式
发展,对 AK公司的煤炭机械装备业务进行全面分析并制定出合适的竞争战略。本文以资
源基础论和动态竞争理论为基础,首先通过 PEST分析法,从政治、经济、社会和技术四
个方面分析我国煤机欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司的整体宏观环境,同时对竞争对手和煤炭机械装备购买者、供应
商、代替品等方面进行了分析,得出 AK公司外部发展环境中存在的机遇和威胁,通过
EFE矩阵进行评价。然后分析了 AK公司内部组织架构、财务资源、市场资源等内部环境
状况,也对公司经营能力进行了全面分析,发掘 AK公司内部环境存在的优势和劣势并运
用 IFE矩阵对其进行评价。最后,用 SWOT矩阵和 QSPM矩阵提出 AK公司煤炭机械装
备业务的竞争战略和相应的保障措施。
希望本篇文章的研究成果能够对 AK公司的发展提供一定的参考和帮助,并对国内类
似企业在战略管理过程中提供参考与借鉴。

ABSTRACT
In recent years, China's coal machinery industry has developed rapidly, and the gap between
China and developed countries in terms of technical strength and product quality is gradually
narrowing. The state gives strong support to the industry through preferential policies such as
industry and taxation. In the new development stage, coal machinery and equipment will develop
in the direction of mechanization, intelligence and energy saving. Taking AK company's coal
machinery and equipment business as the research object, this thesis analyzes the development
trend of coal machinery and equipment in recent years and the advantages and problems of AK
company's own development, so as to provide some ideas for enterprises to formulate
competitive strategy for coal machinery and equipment business.
Taking AK company as a typical case, this thesis comprehensively analyzes the coal
machinery and equipment business of AK company and formulates an appropriate competitive
strategy in order to promote the long-term survival and leapfrog development of AK company in
the new development stage. Firstly, through the PEST analysis method, this thesis analyzes the
overall macro environment of China's coal machinery industry from the four aspects of politics,
economy, society and technology. At the same time, it analyzes the competitors, buyers, suppliers
and substitutes of coal machinery and equipment, obtains the opportunities and threats existing in
the external development environment of AK company, and evaluates them through EFE matrix.
Then it analyzes the internal environment of AK company, such as internal organizational
structure, financial resources and market resources, and also makes a comprehensive analysis of
the company's operating ability, explores the advantages and disadvantages of AK company's
internal environment, and uses IFE matrix to evaluate it. Finally, using SWOT matrix and QSPM
matrix, this thesis puts forward the competitive strategy and corresponding safeguard measures of
AK company's coal machinery and equipment business.
I hope the research results of this article can provide some reference and help for the
development of AK company, and provide reference and reference for similar domestic
enterprises in the process of strategic management.
