在中国这个国际公认的潜力无穷的市场进行可持续的并盈利的发展。

随着公司在中国的不断发展和壮大,在IT信息服务这个巨大的市场,到底在

是完全照搬我们全球的统一战略还是根据中国的具体情况进行改动,或是完全采取

一套新的战略,确定了战略又如何实施,什么是我们近期的和五年战略目标这

是本文所要研究的主要课题。

针对这个目标,本文首先介绍了一下基本理念和文中所要用到的一些相关理

念。然后对中国的相关外部环境进行了分析。有了对外部的理解分析,笔者在针对

公司在中国的现状进行了内部资源和能力的分析。在外部和内部的分析结果下,联

合战略理论知识进行了详尽的剖析,确定了我们所要采用的最优战略并确定了我们

的短期战略目标和五年战略目标。在有了清晰战略的选择下,笔者对于如何实施从

不同角度进行了阐述。最后,笔者也对于国内的政策提出了一些建议,以及今后的

研究方向和结论进行了简述。

研究是一个动态的过程,笔者希望通过这次的研究能为我们公司提供一个战略

以及实施方向。在具体实施过程中还会遇到很多问题,这就需要我们不断地完善战

略及实施策略,这样才能应对各种变化,健康地发展公司在中国的业务。

Abstract

Avanade China is a wholly owned subsidiary of Avanade Inc., established in 2000.

Since its first day in China, Avanade has been looking for ways to grow its business

sustainably and profitably in China which has huge potential for all multinational

companies.

As we continue to grow in the China market, should we just adopt our global

strategy or have our own strategy for the local market, or have a localized one based on

our global strategy In this huge market for the IT services vendors, what is our staged

strategic goal,in short term and in 5 years long term How do we execute the strategy

once we have one This is what we are going to analyze and discuss in this article.

Having the above as the objectives in mind,we will first introduce some theories

about strategy,and then analyze the external environment that has impacts to our China

business. Based on that,we will then analyze our company's internal resources and

capabilities to see where we are. Once we have those facts, we will use different tools

like SWOT and IE matrix to see what strategy options we will have,and then use the

QSPM tool to analyze in order to identify the best strategy we should have and decide

our immediate strategic goal and 5 years' goal. The next step is to analyze how to execute,

from different perspectives. At the end,I will give some recommendations to the

government from IT service point of view, as well as giving conclusion and providing the

future research directions on this topic.

Research is a dynamic process. I hope my company will have a clear strategy and

execution direction out of this research. We will certainly face difficulties and challenges.

Strategy is a living document. We should adjust it along the way to react on changes in

reality. I am sure our company will grow healthily in the future.
