企业文化的五层理论[1],是指企业的精神文化,制度文化,行为文化,物质
文化,形象文化等五个不同的层次。
企业精神文化即企业文化的精神层面,在整个企业文化系统中处于核心地位。
它包括企业精神、企业的经营理念、使命、价值观及社会责任等几个方面。它对于
调动企业员工的积极性和创造力,增强企业的凝聚力和竞争力,从而保障企业的生
存和发展等起着核心作用。
企业制度文化是企业精神文化和物质文化的中介,是企业为实现自身目标对员
工的行为给予一定限制的文化,它具有共性和强有力的行为规范。它包括企业的工
艺操作规程、厂规厂纪、岗位责任制、奖惩考核制度等。是塑造企业精神文化的根
本保证。企业制度文化能够使企业在复杂多变、竞争激烈的环境中处于良好的运转
状态,保证企业目标的实现。
企业行为文化是指员工在生产经营、学习娱乐中产生的活动文化,是反映企业
经营风格,员工文化素质和精神面貌等关系的动态表现和文化特征。也是企业精
神、企业价值观的折射。它直接关系到企业员工工作积极性的发挥,企业经营生产
活动的开展,企业的经营活动的成效。
企业物质文化是指由员工创造的产品和各种物质设施等构成的物质文化,是核
心价值观的外在体现。它包括企业的标志,生产环境、企业建筑、企业广告、产品
包装与产品设计等物质现象等。它是构成文化精神层和制度层的条件。
企业形象文化是企业在社会或市场上的认知和评价。它包括社会公众和市场对
企业、企业行为、企业的各种活动所给予的整体评价和认定。它通过企业、企业行
为、企业的各种活动等载体,塑造个性鲜明、信誉良好的企业形象。进而增强投资
者、合作者、客户和公众对公司的信心。
通过对中瑞合资上海纳微涂层有限公司的企业文化分析。我们认为该公司由于
对企业文化及企业文化建设的重要性认识不足,在企业的精神文化,制度文化,行
为文化等方面存在着明显的不足。本文对该公司企业文化建设提出了建议。

ABSTRACT
In this paper, we have studied and discussed the corporate culture and the five layer
theory of corporate culture, as well as the role of corporate culture on the sustainable
development of enterprises. Based on the five layer theory of corporate culture, we have
analyzed and discussed the company present situation of Shanghai Nawei Coating Co” ltd.
Finally we gave some suggestions and proposals for establish of the corporate culture of
Shanghai Nawei Coating Co., ltd.
Five layer theories of corporate culture [1],refers to five different levels from inside
or (core) level to surface level such as: the culture of enterprise spirit, the culture of
enterprise institution, the culture of enterprise behavior, the culture of enterprise materials,
the culture of enterprise image.
The culture of enterprise spirit is the enterprise culture in the spirit level and at the
core level of the system of corporate culture. It includes the spirit of enterprise, the
enterprise management concept, mission, values and social responsibility etc. It is vital
for mobilizing the enthusiasm of employees and creativity, enhance cohesion and
competitiveness in order to protect the survival and development plays a central role.
The culture of enterprise institution is intermediary of the culture of enterprise
institution and the culture of enterprise materials. It has a common and powerful code of
conduct. It includes business process procedures, rules and regulations, system of post
responsibility, assessment of rewards and punishment system. It is the fundamental
guarantee for shaping the culture of enterprise spirit. The culture of enterprise institution
enables enterprises in the complex and competitive environment in good working order to
ensure the realization of business objectives.
The culture of enterprise behavior refers to the employees in the production, learning
and entertainment in the activities of culture, reflects the dynamic performance and cultural
characteristics of the enterprise's management style, cultural quality of staff and mental
outlook. It reflects also the spirit of enterprise, the enterprise values. It is directly related to
the enthusiasm of company staff, the enterprises activities engaged in production. It affects
directly results of the business operations and management activities.
The culture of enterprise materials is materials culture which is a composition of the
products produced by the employees and various physical facilities. It is the external
expression of the core values. It is material expression which includes the company logo,
