近年来,电子商务得到迅猛发展,物流业在经济发展中的作用变得越发重要,配送
中心由此应运而生。在整个配送过程中,仓储拣选作业占据着十分重要的地位,其效率
的高低是衡量一个配送中心整体水平的关键要素。仓储拣选作业的工作量十分的庞大,
对于时间的要求也比较高,如何合理的规划仓储拣选作业,提高拣选作业的工作效率将
会是一个重要的话题。
MK公司是一家从事化妆品业务的直销企业,拥有自己的配送中心,但在仓储拣选作
业过程中存在着一些不可忽略的问题,如仓库布局规划和商品储存分类不合理、拣选硬
件设施和订单处理方式比较落后、配送中心的产能不足等。本文主要以MK公司配送中
心为主要的研究对象,包括对MK配送中心作业流程管理现状及存在问题进行分析,从
而提出仓储管理和拣选流程优化方案,包括通过SLP理论对作业功能区域的布局进行优
化,通过EIQ (Order Entry, Item, Quantity)分析法进行ABC分类采取分区储位管理策
略,拣选作业的硬件设施进行升级,电子标签系统的应用以及对订单处理进行优化。希
望通过本文的研究,能够切实解决MK配送中心存在的问题,从而提升中心产能和仓储
拣选作业的工作效率。

Research on Warehousing and Picking Process of MK Distribution Center
Abstract
With the rapid growth of electronic commerce, logistics industry has been recently
playing an important role in economic development, and distribution center mode is
consequently generated. The warehousing and picking process is very critical during
distribution center operations and the efficiency of order picking is the key factor to evaluate
the quality and service level of the distribution center. The process of warehousing and order
picking is complicated and time consuming work,so it makes sense to discuss how to make a
rational plan and improve the work efficiency of the warehousing and order picking process.
MK is a direct sales company manufacturing cosmetics products and has its own
distribution centers. But there obviously exist some issues in order picking process such as
inappropriate warehouse layout and storage policy, obsolete picking equipment, inefficient
order processing and insufficient capacity etc. The thesis is mainly researching on the
operations of MK distribution center through analyzing the current status and existing issues
in MK distribution center operation process management to provide the optimization
proposals of warehousing management and order picking process through optimizing storage
layout of functional area by SLP analysis, applying ABC inventory classification by
EIQ(Order Entry, Item, Quantity) analysis, upgrading picking process equipment, installing
electronic label system and optimizing order processing. Hope the above issues of MK
distribution center can be solved and the capacity and working efficiency of the warehousing
and order picking process can be improved by this thesis.
