摘 要
随着我国加入 WTO，全球经济一体化，生产企业的竞争日益激烈，如何提高
质量，控制成本，提高效率，使客户满意度提高已经成为摆在各生产企业面前的
严重问题。特别是国内原材料成本不断上升，人力资源成本，制造成本，劳动力
密集型制造业的优势逐渐消失，在企业内实施精益生产的持续改进项目是非常必
要和及时的。

本文通过丹佛斯鞍山公司在全球化和快速发展过程中，由于产品种类越来越
多，复杂性在增强，柔性生产需求强烈的背景下，如何通过精益生产来满足日益
增长的市场需求并持续改进企业运营。文章介绍了大量的精益生产相关理论和技
术方法，来自国内外的学者详细介绍了企业精益生产的概念以及如何运用精益生
产来实现持续改进的研究项目。文章从研究背景和意义，描述了企业现在需要使
用精益生产实现持续改进项目的紧迫感。通过国内外对于精益生产的研究现状，
公司看到了差距和不足。通过大量的对于精益生产的基础理论和技术方法的研

Abstract

This paper describes a number of theories and techniques of lean production
methods, scholars from home and abroad enterprises described in detail the concept of
lean production and how to use lean manufacturing to achieve continuous
