南航黑龙江分公司是南航所有基地公司中最北端的一个,虽然位置比较
偏远,但却具有重要的战略意义。自 2005 年以来,黑龙江分公司抓住民航重
组的机遇,顺利融入南航发展大局,帮助其自身度过低谷期,克服经营困境,
慢慢走向正确的发展轨道。最近几年,在南航品牌形象和企业战略的影响下,
分公司虽然取得了一定的成绩,但无论是与国内先进航空企业亦或是与发达
国家航空公司相比较,仍存在着不小的差别。而且,国际航空市场中,“天
空开放”已成事实,想要继续开发延伸市场,南航“大枢纽”战略便显得尤
为重要,该战略指引企业建设自己的枢纽网络,使公司自身的特点鲜明,具
备核心竞争优势。
本文围绕南航黑龙江分公司的发展战略进行了系统研究。论文首先介绍
了研究背景和问题的提出、国内外研究的现状与分析,指出研究的目的和意
义,说明了研究的内容与思路方式。在第二章中,对分公司的现有资源状况
进行了分析,运用 PEST 深入分析公司所处的宏观环境,分析了欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司环境与
竞争环境,对公司的内部环境也进行了深入分析,在此基础上进行了 SWTO
分析。在第三章中,客观的分析了南航分公司现有发展战略——“321 发展
战略”,同时,结合公司当前现状,发现了分公司在战略上存在的诸多问题,
并进一步进行了原因的分析,并提出一些发展战略的调整建议。最后,在第
四章中,作者分别从提高服务质量、降低运营成本、加强人才建设三个方面
详细阐述相应的实施策略。

Abstract
The civil aviation industry has a very wide development foreground in
China. As one of the three civil aviation group enterprises, It has been
emancipating the mind, innovation and rising opportunity and keeping pace with
the Times. No matter in the business or the service safety, it is keeping moving
and trying to get remarkable achievements.
Heilongjiang branch of China Southern Airlines, as one of the base
companies, locates in the most north. The location is very remote with a
significant strategic importance. Heilongjiang Branch of China Southern Airlines
integrated into the overall development smoothly with catching the opportunity
of the civil aviation restructuring in 2005, and then the company gets rid of the
difficulty, getting into the healthy development track. In recent years, under the
effect of brand image and strategy, although it has gained some achievements, but it
still exists great distance compared with the airlines of developed countries.
Besides, opening skies is more and more popular in the global aviation market.
To keep on extending the market, the big hub is becoming more and more
important. The strategy directs the company found its own hub and make its’
characteristics more bright with core competitive advantage.
The paper studies the strategy systematically. In this paper, it introduces the
company’s basic information, operating environment, and the existing strategic,
and then it states the advantages and disadvantages the company faces currently.
In the end, the paper elaborates some advices to guarantee the development of
the enterprise.
