在这种社会环境和历史背景下,5S 现场管理理论的推行在降低劳动生产成本、
提高劳动生产效率、提高产品质量和品质、提升企业自身形象、提高员工素质等方
面就有着不可替代的作用,更是当前国内企业改变落后的管理面貌,走向先进企业
之列的必经之路。
本篇文章采用理论联系实际的方法,将理论与实际相结合,透过具体的案例分
析,经过深层次的剖析,通过实例将 5S 理论的相关内容进行详尽的说明,并通过对
H 服装集团推行 5S 管理的前后对比,说明 5S 理论推行的成效。最后得出结论:推
行 5S 管理,不仅可以降低企业的生产成本,提高劳动生产效率,更可以促进其他管
理活动有效开展。然而,在积极推行 5S 的过程中并非一路坦途,只有不断深入,扎
实开展,持之以恒,结合企业的具体实际,重视方式方法,活学活用,才能取得最
终的成功和最优化的效果。
文章在进行 5S 现场管理推行的过程中,通过对企业的深层次剖析,找出了企业
发展中存在的一些问题,以及解决这些问题的一些方法,希望能够给予广大同学们
和理论学界同仁们予以帮之和借鉴。

this does not meet the requirements of domestic enterprises to participate in market

market competitiveness of enterprises is very fragile, and the development of enterprise
