摘要
5S 现场管理理论是一种科学高效的管理理论，在当前的国内外理论学界广为流
传，被称为企业现场管理方法中的基础理论，是很多管理理论得以有效推行的前提
和基础。在当前的市场机制下，经济全球化的趋势越来越明显，随着我国经济发展
的不断深入，市场竞争日益激烈。我国企业参与市场竞争的形式也在多样化、多元
化。原本以粗放型生产为经济增长方式的手段已经基本不再，集约型的企业基本已
经得到普及。但是，这并不能满足国内企业参与市场竞争的要求，提高产品质量，
降低劳动生产成本，提高劳动生产率是企业的第一要求和第一要务。也是企业参与
市场竞争必须要具有的制胜法宝。缺少了这些，企业的市场竞争力就会十分脆弱，
而企业这发展自身优势的同时，一定要有长久的战略规划和长远的战略眼光，这样
才能保证企业在参与市场竞争的同时，保持长盛不衰。

在这种社会环境和历史背景下，5S 现场管理理论的推行在降低劳动生产成本、
提高劳动生产效率、提高产品质量和品质、提升企业自身形象、提高员工素质等方
面就有着不可替代的作用，更是当前国内企业改变落后的管理面貌，走向先进企业
之列的必经之路。

本篇文章采用理论联系实际的方法，将理论与实际相结合，透过具体的案例分
析，经过深层次的剖析，通过实例将 5S 理论的相关内容进行详尽的说明，并通过对
H 服装集团推行 5S 管理的前后对比，说明 5S 理论推行的成效。最后得出结论：推
行 5S 管理，不仅可以降低企业的生产成本，提高劳动生产效率，更可以促进其他管
理活动有效开展。然而，在积极推行 5S 的过程中并非一路坦途，只有不断深入，扎
实开展，持之以恒，结合企业的具体实际，重视方式方法，活学活用，才能取得最
终的成功和最优化的效果。

文章在进行 5S 现场管理推行的过程中，通过对企业的深层次剖析，找出了企业
发展中存在的一些问题，以及解决这些问题的一些方法，希望能够给予广大同学们
和理论学界同仁们予以帮之和借鉴。

analysis on the enterprise, finds out some problems existing in the enterprise development,
