天然橡胶在国民经济中的用途非常广泛,其产业链上游连接天然胶种植等农业生产

部门,下游连接工业生产,具有独有的特点。中国是世界上最大的天然橡胶需求国,

然而中国本身的区位条件并不适合大规模发展天然胶种植和加工,中国天然橡胶产业

面临的最大的问题是供需不平衡,中国天然橡胶企业普遍处于产业链的下游,面临供

应不稳定和议价能力弱的问题。中国天然橡胶企业如何整合产业资源成为一个重要问

题。

本文首先梳理了产业链和国际经济学的相关理论,从分析中外天然橡胶产业入

手,指出中国天然橡胶产业面临的问题,结合中化国际天然橡胶产业链纵向整合的案

例,通过对其整合原因、目的、战略特点、模式、意义的分析,得出结论:产业链国

际化纵向整合是提升中国天然橡胶企业产业竞争优势的一个有效途径。最后,对天然

橡胶企业产业链国际化纵向整合提出了一些建议。希望能对其他同类中国企业的产业

链整合战略有所启示。

Research on Internationalized Vertical Integration of Industrial Chain in

the Chinese Nature Rubber Enterprises

Taking Sinochem International as an Example

Abstract

Natural rubber is an important strategic resource,which has its industrial chain'

upstream connected with agricultural sector and downstream related to industrial production

units. China is the largest consumer of natural rubber in the world. However, due to its limited

location condition, China can't produce sufficient natural rubber for domestic use and every

year China need to import the majority of its demand from other countries. The biggest

challenge for China's natural rubber industry is the imbalance of supply and demand, and

Chinese natural rubber enterprises are normally located in the downstream of the industrial

chain and suffering ftom the uncertainty of supply and price volatility. How to integrate the

industry chain resource becomes a hot topic for Chinese natural rubber enterprises.

The thesis first introduces the relevant theories of industrial chain and international

economics, analyzing the world's natural rubber industry as well as China's and pointing out

the challenge China's natural rubber industry is facing, and make the conclusion based on the

case of Sinochem's internationalized vertical integration of industrial chain: the vertical

integration of industrial chain toward internationalization is a effective way to enhance the

competitive advantage of Chinese natural rubber enterprises. In the end,some proposal has

been given to Chinese company's industrial chain integration strategy and hope to give some

inspiration.
