摘 要
随着云南经济整体发展，XYD 科技公司属于云南建筑智能化欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司中的一员，
公司长期致力于从事建筑智能化欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司，在此发展时期，作者指在运用 MBA 所学
知识，特别是战略管理方面知识，制定出适合企业发展的战略，希望通过战略
实施，使企业不断适应市场的变化，成为云南建筑智能化欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司佼佼者。

本论文通过战略管理理论知识为基础，通过全面收集企业内外部数据及宏
观环境信息，通过企业战略外部环境分析，采用 PEST 模型和五力模型分析出 XYD
科技公司存在的机会与威胁，通过企业战略内部环境分析，采用内部资源分析
和价值链分析出 XYD 优势与劣势，指在通过化解内部劣势与威胁，使战略最终
适应企业未来发展，同时全面提升企业核心竞争力为目标，最后制定出 XYD 科
技公司总体发展战略，同时保障战略的实施，并制定保障措施，全面提升 XYD
业绩和企业实力，达到企业长期发展的目的。

通过分析，提出适合 XYD 科技公司的发展战略：(1)努力全面提升公司资质；
(2)引进欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司内优秀管理人才和技术人才对团队进行升级；(3)加大对市场开拓
力度，完善现有销售模式，提升公司市场占有率；(4)扩大对外技术交流与合作，
与欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司内较成熟企业达成技术引用；(5)建立学习型组织，全面提高员工素质，
同时全面完善激励制度；(6)立足服务，开拓全新售后模式，打造云南售后服务
航母企业。

With the overall development of Yunnan's economy，XYD technology company
is a member of Yunnan intelligent building industry ， the company's long-term
commitment to engage in intelligent building industry ， in this period of
development， the author refers to the knowledge in the use of MBA， especially the
strategic management knowledge ， formulates suits the enterprise development
strategy， hope that through the implementation of the strategy， the enterprises
to adapt to the change of market，become Yunnan intelligent building industry leader.
In this paper， through the theoretical knowledge of strategy management as the
basis ， by collecting all the internal and external data and macro
environment information，through the strategic environment analysis， analyzes the
existing XYD technology company's opportunities and threats by using the PEST
model and the five forces model， the enterprise internal environment analysis，
analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of using XYD internal resources
analysis and the value chain ， to resolve the internal weaknesses and
threats through ， make strategy adapt to the future development
of enterprises ， and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises as the
goal ， finally make the company of XYD science and technology
development strategy， at the same time， to ensure the implementation of the
strategy，and developing security measures， improve the XYD performance and the
strength of enterprises ， to achieve the long-term development of the
enterprise objective.
Through the analysis， put forward the development strategy of XYD company
of science and technology: (1) to promote company quality； (2) the introduction of
industry of outstanding management personnel and technical personnel to upgrade
team；(3) increase the marketing efforts，improve the existing sales model，improve
the market share of the company ； (4) expand foreign technical exchanges and
cooperation，and the industry mature enterprises reached technical reference；(5)the
establishment of the learning organization， improve the overall quality of staff， and
