摘要

为了加快推动“十二五”时期北京市朝阳区信息化发展工作,结合

《北京市“十二五”时期城市信息化及重大信息基础设施建设规划》内

容,根据北京市商务中心区建设的发展目标、行动计划和关键措施,有

效协助政府、企业和社会全面推进基础信息化建设,特选择北京移动对

cm)地区无线网络覆盖的策略研究作为本次毕业论文的研究课题。

本论文前四章通过对CBD这一特殊地区的地域特点及北京移动本

身内外部现状进行了分析,运用SWOT分析法得出北京移动对CBD地区

无线网络覆盖的策略内容。其中主要分析了 CBD地区的地域特点、发展

情况、管理构架、经济状况以及无线网络覆盖的现状;同时也分析了北

京移动内部优劣式及外部的竞争现状,结合北京移动近年来对于无线网

络覆盖的态度及经验来进一步得出本次策略的主要内容。随后根据策略

内容进行了合作方式及实施方案的简要说明,这也对后期该研究的落地

具备了一定的指导意义。由于该地区管理架构的多元化和复杂化导致了

合作方式的特殊性,且该地区楼宇密集、人员众多、无线网络错综复杂、

一期网络建设方法和点位布局混乱也导致了实施方案的复杂化,本次研

究的简要说明对后期的落地工作打下了坚实的基础。

最后,通过对于现实环境的各类分析,提出了对往后工作的展望。

cm)地区的无线网络环境建设是现代化地区所必备的基础信息化建设,

能够由北京移动进行投资建设也是一项重要的竞争手段,但是由于地区

楼宇密集对建设方案的制定提出了高要求,且多管理部门提高了施工难

度,长时间的落地工期与北京移动自身发展状况相矛盾,这些问题都导

致了北京移动对CBD地区进行无线网络覆盖的困难重重,希望在往后的

落地过程中北京移动能努力克服困难,顺利提高该地区的无线网络服务

并获得经济收益。

总之,通过本次研究我们得出了关于在CBD地区进行无线网络覆盖

的策略,该策略的内容不仅包含了本次研究的成果,更是对运营商竞争

现状之白热化的一个缩影,也对往后的市场竞争方法提供了参考,具备

一定的指导意义,是一次较为必要及成功的课题研究。

THE BEIJING MOBILE RESEARCH ON THE

STRATEGY OF WIRELESS NETWORK COVERAGE

AT CBD AREA

ABSTRACT

In order to promote the development of ''Chaoyang District informatization in

Beijing city during The Twelfth Five-Year plan .To implement the “The Twelfth

Five-Year Guideline of city information and important information infrastructure

construction plan at the Beijing city. According to the development goals and

construction plan and the key measures of the Beijing central business district. To

effectively assist government, business and society to comprehensively promote the

construction. Specially selected the Beijing Mobile's wireless network coverage in the

CBD area as a strategy research topic of this thesis.

Prior to the thesis of four chapters we analyzed the geographical features of this

particular area of the CBD and the Situation of inside and outside about Beijing

Mobile.And used the SWOT analysis method to get moving on the policy content about

Beijing CBD area wireless network coverage. The main analysis of the CBD area is

contens geographical features, the development, management structure, economic status,

and the current situation about wireless network coverage. Also analyzed the current

situation about The Beijing Mobile of internal and external competitive situation. And

combined with the attitude and experience of the wireless network coverage of The

Beijing Mobile to further draw the main elements of this strategy. Subsequently

according to the policy a brief description of the content and implementation of

cooperation programs. It also have a certain significance about the landed of the The

latter part about this study. As the region's diverse and complex management structure

leads to the particularity of cooperation, and because of the built-up area, a number of

officers, Wi-Fi complex, the first phase of network construction methods and points of

confusion also led to the complex layout of the embodiment technology, a brief

description of this study also landed late work laid the foundation.

Finally, use the all types of analysis about the reality of the environment . put

forward the outlook of the future work. Construction of the CBD area wireless network

environment is necessary for the modernization of the region on the basis of

information technology, investment and construction is also an important competition

means for The Beijing Mobile, but due to the built-up area of the proposed building

program to develop high demand, and multi-management departments to improve the

construction difficulty, landing a long duration and development of Beijing Mobile's

own contradictory, these problems have led to the Beijing CBD area for wireless mobile

network coverage difficulties. I hope in the course of the subsequent landing Beijing

Mobile will make an effort to overcome the difficulties and successfully improve

wireless network services in the region and economic benefits.
