本文以 DWWY 公司为例,运用企业战略管理相关理论和研究方法,分析了公司
经营的内外部环境和发展战略存在的问题,认为 DWWY 公司原先的发展战略已经不
能迎合当前变化的形势及市场竞争的需要;现有的职能制组织结构已不适应公司的发
展;公司还缺乏完善的人力资源规划、绩效考核和激励机制等。DWWY 公司必须重
新调整欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司竞争定位和企业发展战略,以增强公司的核心竞争力。本文提出的 DWWY
公司新的战略措施与发展建议有:适应市场化发展,调整组织结构;根据总体战略形
成具有自身特点的人力资源规划体系、绩效考核和激励机制;加强企业战略管理,构
建优秀企业文化;加大同政府主管部门合作力度,确保政策支持。通过 DWWY 公司
个案研究,希望为其他高校后勤集团的改革提供参考与借鉴。

Abstract
