最近十年,是中国电解铝快速发展的十年,产能规模已从不足500万吨发展

至近2600万吨,稳居世界第一;然而,作为电解铝的重要原料的铝土矿在我国

的储量仅为8. 3亿吨,占全球储量不足3%,这样的现状无疑从源头上成为制约

我国电解铝发展的天然缺陷,伴随产能的不断释放,铝土矿进口增量逐年加大,

原材料定价权的国际博弈此消彼长,成为影响我国电解铝成本的重要因素。

从全球原铝消费状况来看,我国原铝消费占比达41.95%,换言之,全球近

一半的原铝在我国被消耗,诚然,这是我国经济快速发展的表观现象,然而,08

年金融危机的阴霾并未完全消退,欧债危机已然成为后金融危机的次生灾害持续

蔓延,全球经济正经历着从全所未有的衰退,复苏道路缓慢冗长,我国也深受其

害,实体经济遭受重创,支撑经济发展的“三驾马车”迟滞不前,经济复苏乏力,

滞涨现象凸显。

甘肃东兴铝业有限公司所面临的问题,在中国的老一代国有企业当中是有一

定的代表性的,本文通过对甘肃东兴铝业有限公司面临的内外部环境、欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司现状

及发展前景分析,积极按照结构优化、技术创新、科学规划、降低消耗、保护环

境的原则,为东兴铝业制定未来十年发展战略,解决甘肃东兴铝业有限公司所面

临的生存发展问题,推动企业技术装备水平的提高和产品结构的升级,寻找能源

的价值洼地、提升管理能效、拓宽市场渠道,从而提高公司资产的质量,走新型

工业化道路,实现转变增长方式,结构调整的目标。

ABSTRACT

As a representative of the high-enei^y consuming industries, the development of electrolytic

aluminum in China is still in full swing. The global aluminum output is still in steady growth on

the behalf of the increasing output from China. In the past decade,electrolytic aluminum

technology became more and more mature. Because the construction process is simple and the

construction period is short, it's only nine months from the start to put into production as long as

there is sufficient money. The rapid expansion of China's aluminum production capacity has a

decisive influence on the trend of global aluminum supply. At the same time, with the electrolytic

aluminum upstream industry—alumina expanding rapidly, and the industry chain extending to the

electrolytic aluminum industry, it has become the main driving force for the growth of electrolytic

aluminum production capacity. The development stage of aluminum industries has a big influence

to the capacity increasing. And electrolytic aluminum enterprises competition, merger and

reorganization, will also increase the productivity growth. As China、urbanization process in

China develops quickly. The needs of aluminum in the infrastructure, public utilities, housing,

automobile and other consumer goods,greatly boosted China's aluminum consumption demand.

The industry of aluminum is the growing rapidly and industry concentration is rising.

However, resource depletion and environmental pollution has become an important factor in

constraining the sustainable and stable development of China's economy. The process of

urbanization and the extensive mode of growth exerted enormous pressure on the ecological

environment and here still exist high energy consumption and high pollution industries. All these

problems will challenge China's economic development

In this kind of situation, in order to have economic growth transferred and enhance the core

competitiveness of enterprise, Dongxing Aluminum Co., Ltd of Gansu Province develops an

energy saving-oriented enterprise development strategy. To achieve corporate strategic objectives

in the development process, we have the structural adjustment of capacity to be developed as the

guide, the technical updates as an innovation support. On the basis of deeply study of the status of

the enterprise, we propose some specific measures for capacity adjustment.
