近年来,建行沈阳 A 行抓住机遇,充分发挥建行整体品牌优势,依靠丰富的
金融资源,各项业务快速发展,诸项业务指标名列全省榜首。今年上半年,实现
了存款、贷款时点余额均突破 100 亿元的“双百亿”目标,近四年更是创下了人
均创收从 80 余万元增长到 300 多万元的奇迹。
本文的创新之处在于运用多种调研方法,对笔者工作所在的银行展开调研,
不仅客观且全面地总结了员工满意度管理工作中的有益经验,而且对其需要进一
步改善的地方提出了操作性较强的建议。
本文的第一章对选题背景进行了介绍。介绍了建行沈阳 A 行的基本情况,以
及课题来源、调研范围、意义、方法和基本思路。第二章介绍了员工满意度的基
本理论,对国内外关于员工满意度的研究现状及相关理论做以梳理,对员工满意
度的基本概念、特征、影响因素、测量方法等进行了介绍。第三章详细地介绍了
本次课题调研的设计过程及实施过程。介绍了调查方式、调查过程、样本、问卷
构成,并对数据分析方法予以阐述。第四章为本次课题调研的报告部分。详细统
计分析了本次课题调研的六大维度,记录了统计结果并对结果做出客观了评价,
总结了员工满意度建设不足之处以及存在问题。最后一章对建行沈阳 A 行的员工
满意度工作的经验做以总结,提出提高和保持其员工满意度的措施和建议。

ABSTRACT
Construction Bank of China Shenyang Branch A is subordinate to Liaoning
Province Construction Bank. Since it was founded A Branch has taken an important role
in local economic construction and taken advantage of a state bank. It has been a
leading unit and has gained better social economic reputation. Branch A was “Liaoning
Province excellent unit”, “the most competitive unit in 2010”and“the most popular unit
in 2011”.
In recent years, Shenyang Branch A has taken the chance that state stock policy is
reformed. Depending on the rich financial resources it develops all kinds of business
rapidly. And many business indexes take leading position in Liaoning Province.
Surprisingly, it has increased the average from 800,000RMB to 3,000,000RMB.
In Chapter One, this article introduces its research background information, which
contains the brief introduction to Branch A, the reasons for carrying on the research, the
scope of the research, the significance of the research, and the research method. In
Chapter Two, the basic theory of employee satisfaction has been elaborated, and this
article also reviews related theories at home and abroad which discussed employee
satisfaction definition, character, impacting factors, survey and significance. Chapter
Three is for the research design and implementation. It introduces the research process,
sample, questionnaire, reference and analytic method. Chapter Four is the part of survey
report. Based on the analysis of employees' personal data, this chapter studies six survey
factors and statistical results respectively. The last one summarizes the best practice as
well as the shortcomings of the employee satisfaction management of Shenyang Branch
A. and brings out the advice on improving its employee satisfaction.
