摘 要
本文旨在通过对 XGDQ 公司的经营模式管理相关问题以及对经营模式战
略中的创新等方面进行研究探讨，并与国外欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司巨头进行横向比对，以管窥豹，
不仅从产业链的纵向探寻，而且进行横向比较，从而找出困扰在我国民用清洁
欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司中广大企业的经营模式管理及创新方面问题的对策和方向

XGDQ 公司所在的我国民用清洁欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司，在 2008 年及 2010 年我国成功举办
奥运会和上海世博会后，迎来了井喷式的大发展期。据中国信息产业部统计，
中国每年潜在的专业清洁市场需求在 3000 亿人民币以上。然而民用清洁欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司在
我国市场的发展尚晚，仍旧属于发展的初级阶段。同时，民用清洁欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司的发展
发生了深刻的变化，近一两年互联网营销的成熟和中国本土制造业的长足进步
使得民用清洁欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司市场细分加速发展，从而日趋成熟。因此，笔者也将对我国
民用清洁欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司现状做一个梳理，并对问题进行分析

理方面的论著不多，尤其是在民用清洁欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司的经营模式管理方面的论述就显得
更加稀缺。因此，在这样一个大变化大发展的时期，对我国民用清洁企业的经
营模式管理等方面进行研究就显得尤为重要、迫切，且有现实意义

章节结构方面，首先对经营模式管理及民用清洁欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司相关理论进行综合论
述。在接下来的章节中，则对欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司典型企业 XGDQ 公司的经营模式管理等方面
进行阐述及分析。并且，通过欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司内的横向比对，说明经营模式的管理和创新
对企业产生的深远影响

最后，本文首次在论点中强调了经营模式创新对企业经营模式尤其是我国
民用清洁欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司企业的经营模式管理战略的重要影响。填补了关于民用清洁企业
经营模式管理相关文献的空白，并结合实际调研相关研究分析，尝试探讨了民
用清洁企业经营模式管理的基本思路及管理对策

The purpose of this paper is to study the business model, the management
problems of XGDQ company and the business model strategy of innovation, shallow,
not only from the vertical to the industrial chain, and horizontal comparison,
counter-measure and direction so as to find out the business model of management
and innovation management problems plagued the majority in China civil cleaning
industry enterprises .
Domestic cleaning industry in China XGDQ company, China's successful
hosting of the Olympic Games and the Shanghai World Expo in 2008 and 2010,
ushered in the great development period blowout. According to the Ministry of
information industry Chinese statistics, China potential annual professional cleaning
market demand in more than 300 billion yuan. But in our country the development
of the market of civilian cleaning industry is late, still belongs to the initial stage of
development. At the same time, profound changes have taken place in the
development of civilian cleaning industry, great progress recent years Internet
marketing mature and China local manufacturing industry makes a clean industry
market to accelerate the development,thus becoming mature.
As another Key word，we say that the ultimate goal of enterprise, is one kind of
methods adopted by Enterprises -- the methods we summed up to a business model.
In the face of new challenges, business model and management and innovation
management is particularly important. Now, the local civil cleaning enterprises not
only face the challenge of industry changes, but also in the overbearing competition
pressure of foreign cleaner tycoon. But the author found through research, the
domestic management mode of management theory was not much, especially
business model management in civil cleaning industry exposition becomes more
scarce. Therefore, in such a big change in the period of big development, it is
particularly important, urgent to carry out research on our country civil cleaning
mode of operation of enterprises management, and has practical significance.
