ABSTRACT
With the coming of 4G era, the operators of the competition is once again in the new
game,competition situation and trends will change. For CM,the world's largest operators,
network operation is no longer the simple equipment maintenance, only to ensure the normal
operation of equipment, not failure. Now the network operation content has been far beyond
the concept of equipment maintenance. Network operation from tiie initial fault processing to
the development of many aspects of equipment operatioa, network assets investment
man^ement, service management, network management structure etc.. At present,the
network operations center was established for many years, its original functions have
undergone tremendous changes,but the management of the operation of the organizational
structure, process management, staff training, job evaluation is not quickly change, adapt to
changes in the workplace.
This paper aims at the current time of rapid development of communication technology
and network, network operation center management organizational structure, personnel,
process,evaluation standards in four aspects,analyzing the current situation of network
management, the problems in all aspects of exploration, and put forward the corresponding
optimization scheme.
Hope that through the research on the network operation of CMGX company, and the
significance of management practice in the use of network management, hope
communication related enterprise in communication network operation always can get help
from this paper, better promoting the development of network operation and management
level and comprehensive.
