本文以 H 公司的采购管理为研究对象,综合运用供应链管理、采购管理等相
关理论,对 H 公司的采购管理现状进行了细致的研究,在识别 H 公司采购管理存
在的主要问题的基础上,提出了从组织架构、采购流程和供应商管理三个维度进
行改进的采购策略方案。本文的研究对供应链管理下制造企业进行采购策略的制
定和实施提供了参考依据,具有现实意义。

Abstract
Reasonable procurement strategy is the key link to reduce the total cost, make the
enterprises to get dominant position in the fierce competition market and long-term
stable development. With the development of supply chain management, it makes
procurement has value-added capability. But it also brings new challenges to the
enterprise procurement management.
With the focus on the topic of purchasing management, and the example of H
company, based on the theories of supply chain management and purchasing
management, this dissertation analyzed in detail the current status of H company
purchasing management , and pointed out the main Problems of H company
purchasing, and consequently proposed the solutions from three sides: organizational
structure, purchasing procedure and supplier management. The study of this paper
provides important references criterion, which has practical significance in design and
implementation of procurement strategy for manufacturing enterprises.
