随着经济和贸易全球化的加深,各国家和地区的自贸区相继建立,跨越国家
和地区之间的贸易更加频繁,交易成本进一步降低,进一步推进了全球供应链的
发展。很多企业都在这一历史时刻,完成企业全球化战略的资源布局,在全世界
范围内建立属于企业自身的供应链,以达到稳定和安全的效果,使自身业务得到
长足发展和壮大,提升企业国际化竞争水平。供应链上重要的环节之一就是采购,
它是连接制造企业和供应企业的桥梁,是保障生产所需原材料稳定和安全供应的
重要手段,因此制造企业需要建立和提升采购管理,这样可以有效完善企业核心
竞争力。
本文运用供应链管理和精益管理的相关理论,运用文献分析法和案例分析法,
以定量与定性相结合的方法,以A制造企业的物料采购管理为研究对象,深度研
究企业的物料采购管理现状,深挖企业物料采购管理的问题,分析出现问题的原
因,从优化采购作业流程,加强供应商管理,优化采购模式,加强风险控制,加
强信息化建设,提升采购管理人员素质等方面进行优化,并将这些优化措施,用
信息系统将其标准化和系统化,加以实施和推广。
通过优化措施的实施和推广,可以有效帮助A制造企业优化物料采购作业流
程,建立良好的供应商网络,与供应商实现共赢,优化物料采购模式,降低物
料采购成本,提高物料采购作业效率并有效控制各类物料采购风险,对A制造企
业有重要的实际意义。通过优化措施的运用,使供应链管理理论得到验证和丰
富,有一定的理论意义。

free trade zones in various countries and regions one after another, trade across
countries and regions has become more frequent and transaction costs have been further
reduced, further promoting the development of global supply chains. Many enterprises
are completing the layout of resources for their globalization strategy at this historical
moment, and establishing their own supply chains around the world to achieve stability
and security, so that their business can grow and develop significantly and enhance their
international competition. One of the important links in the supply chain is procurement,
which is the bridge between manufacturing and supplying enterprises and an important
