金融业是现代服务业的重要组成部分,也是检验经济发达程度的一个标准。在金
融和投资活跃的江浙地区,随着金融创新的不断深入,准金融的科贷公司应运而生,
作为传统金融欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司的一个有效补充部分,对当地的中小企业的资金支持和长效发展起
着非常关键的作用。A 科贷公司作为江苏省首家科贷公司,成立三年以来,在业务探
索和内部运营方面积累了不少实践经验,也备受业界关注。作为一家新型的准金融公
司,如何提高薪酬制度对业务人员的吸引力和激励作用,为公司创造持续价值,是本
文研究的重点。

首先本文介绍了薪酬激励的相关理论,为研究提供理论支持。其次本文对欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司环
境、企业内部状况进行了详细分析,通过满意度调查发现公司业务人员现有薪酬方案
的优势与不足,并同时借鉴了商业银行和股权投资欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司相关岗位的薪酬管理实践,提
出了 A 科贷公司业务人员新的薪酬方案设计,以及实施该方案的各项支撑依据,做
好各项理论和实施准备,为薪酬方案的实现提供了坚实的基础。

ABSTRACT
Financial industry is considered to be not only an important part of modern service
industries, but also a standard principle to examine the degree of economic development.
In Jiangsu and Zhejiang area where financial and investment activity are lively, venture
debt companies appear as effective supplement of traditional financial industry with
deepening of financial innovation which have a key role in financial support and long-time
development of local small and medium enterprises. Suzhou A venture debt company has
accumulated a lot of practical experience in business exploration and internal operation
since founded in three years ago as the first venture debt company and obtained much
attention from business aspects. For this new kind of financial company, it is important to
pay attention on the management and carry out appropriate assessment system of
compensation to abstract and inspire business staff for creating sustainable value, which is
also the main point of this paper.
The paper introduced related theories on compensation incentive as theoretical
guiding. And then, the paper analyzed the industrial environment and internal situation of
the enterprises in detail. The paper reveals advantages and shortages of the present
compensation package of business staff and discusses compensation management practice
of corresponding positions in commercial bank and equity investment industry. According
to the preview analysis, the paper put forward a new compensation design for business
staff of Suzhou A venture debt company and comprehensive supporting basis putting the
design into practice.
