摘要
如今的国内市场在知识经济、信息爆炸、网络营销等新元素的驱动下己经
发生了质的变化,机遇稍纵即逝,技术日新月异,政策机制日趋完善,欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司竞
争也向着更高的层次迈进。在这样的时代背景下,中小企业如果想立足长远,
谋求生存与发展,就必须做到以人才为本位,以市场为导向,以新知识、新理
论为核心。而实现这一切的前提是企业自身拥有完善的人力资源管理系统,因
为只有这样才能在第一时间发掘人才,用好人才,从而实现企业各方面的发展
笔者目前就职于一家中小型投资建设公司——A公司,A公司是一家已经度过成
长期幵始进入转型期的公司,目前公司在外部运营和内部管理上都出现了一些
问题,其问题表现及根源主要集中在公司的人力资源管理方面,因此笔者在此
分析了 A公司的发展现状和人力资源管理方面存在的主要问题,在经过一段时
间的实地考察和理论研究后,笔者采取与问题一一对应的方式,从认识、选拔
与培训、激励、薪酬四个方面分析问题并给出具体的解决对策,以期能对下一
阶段的A公司人力资源管理改革提供有益的思路

Abstract
Nowadays, the domestic market has undergone qualitative changes like fleeting
business opportunity, quickly technological change,gradually maturing policy
mechanism and forwardly moving industrial competition under the impact of new
elements like knowledge economy, information explosion, internet marketing, etc.
Under this historical background, small and medium-size denter.prise must be talents
based, market-oriented and with new knowledge and theories at the core to be based
on long-term and to seek survival and development. And the precondition to realize
all this is that the enter pries should have its own perfect human resources
management system, because it is the only way to find and use talents in order to
achieve development in various areas. The author is currently working in a small and
medium-sized investment and construction company——A company, which has been
through the growth stage and begun to enter in transformation period. Now there are
some problems occurring in external operation and internal management of the
company, and the performance and root of the problem are mainly concentrated
inhuman resources management. Therefore, the author analyzes and summarizes the
status of development and the main problem in human resources management of the
company. After a period of field investigation and theoretical research, the author
takes concrete solutions corresponded to four aspects: understanding, selection and
training, stimulation and compensation, aiming to provide useful ideas for the next
phase of reform of human resources management of A company.
