本文的研究目的是通过分析天津市静海县恒兴钢业公司多元化经营战略实
施过程中,应采取的决策处理和模式选择,寻找一条适合当前我国中小企业扩张
发展的道路,为全国中小企业采取多元化经营战略提供借鉴。天津市静海县恒兴
钢业公司属于一家典型的中等规模企业钢铁加工企业。2008 年金融危机的爆发、
铁矿石价格节节攀升以及汇率损失等情况,造成企业发展受阻。为此,企业实施
在坚持专业化经营的同时,试水多元化经营的策略,降低各种因素对企业的冲击
和影响,并取得了一定的成效
本文通过研究与多元化相关的经济学理论,介绍多元化经营概念、优劣势,
之后使用 SWOT 分析法分析该公司多元化经营的主要动机和战略决策,并对其多
元化程度进行一定的经济学分析。进而提出恒兴钢业多元化经营所采取的模式,
结合实际应优先进入的产业和经营领域,最后提出为多元化战略实施所应采取的
保障措施。纵观全文,虽然没有过多讨论多元化经营和专业化经营作为两种不同
的企业战略行为和企业成长模式有何不同,但是对于一个具体的企业实现特定动
机而言,其本身并不存在优劣、好坏之分。恒兴钢业有限公司在逆境中寻找商机,
进而开始进行专业化经营,后来转入多元化经营,企业整个发展过程就是多元化
与专业化思辨的过程,是值得探讨的

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research is to analysis the Heng xing steel company of
Jinghai, Tianjin diversified business process ,decision making process and details of
mode choice ,to Find a suitable road for the current small and medium-sized
enterprise development and expansion , for small and medium enterprises of Tianjin
and surrounding areas provide adopt diversification strategy . Tianjin Jinghai County
Heng xing steel company is a typical medium-sized enterprises Is a local is the
strength of the iron and steel processing enterprises. In 2008 the outbreak of financial
crisis, iron ore price continue to climb and foreign exchange losses and so on, make
the enterprise develop suffocate. Enterprises to adopt in adhere to the
professionalization of management on the basis of the implementation of
diversification strategy,, reduce the crisis on business impact and influence, and has
obtained the certain result. Through the study of associated with the plurality of
economics theory, put forward the concept of diversification, advantages and
disadvantages, and then use SWOT analysis of the diversified company operating the
main motivation and strategic decision-making, and the diversification of economic
analysis. Finally, put forward Heng Xing steel company industry diversification the
model, combined with the actual priority should be to enter the industrial and business
areas, finally put forward for diversification strategy should take safeguard measures.
Throughout this paper, although there is much discussion about the diversification and
professional management as two different kinds of enterprise strategy and enterprise
growth patterns are different, but for a specific enterprise to achieve specific
motivation, itself does not exist, a division of good quality. Heng Xing Steel Limited
