电子商务因其低成本、高效率、开放性和全球性等特点,成为传统展览企
业谋求转型升级提升竞争力的最佳途径,展览欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司也迎来了电子商务时代。本
文主要采用了理论和实践相结合的研究方法,用理论指导实践。本文首先从理
论角度,阐述了电子商务和业务流程再造的关系,为企业推进电子商务系统应
用,以及基于电子商务系统进行相应的业务流程再造提供理论支持。第二部分,
本文分析了 A展览企业电子商务应用的必要性和可行性,针对应用过程中出现
的一系列问题,A公司从制度化和标准化建设、人才培训和信息技术等方面推
出了一系列旨在推进公司电子商务应用的举措。同时,公司也发现电子商务系
统建设好后发挥的作用并不大,系统的构建渐渐流于形式,公司原本经营中存
在的问题依然存在,电子商务无法给企业带来应有的效益。因此,公司认为在
推进电子商务应用的过程中,需要同时对展项业务流程中不合理的部分进行流
程梳理并再造,消除流程中的非增值部分,对展会流程实施多方位的管理和控
制。最后,本文对A企业电子商务应用后可能产生的经营效益进行评估。本文
研究结果表明,展览企业实施电子商务有利于降低成本提高效率,优化公司管
理体制,提升企业竞争力。在实施电子商务过程中,企业应该同时对相应的业
务流程进行适度再造,制订出适应电子商务新系统的业务流程,才能够有效地
发挥电子商务的经济效用。本文研究对于同欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司企业推行电子商务系统,提高
企业治理水平,增强服务运作效率,有着一定的实践意义,希望能为国内其他
展览企业的电子商务系统建设以及业务流程再造提供一些有价值的参考。

Abstract
E-business has become the best way to enhance the company's competitiveness
with the advantages of low cost,high efficiency,openness and globalist. The
exhibition industry has also ushered in the age of e-business. The paper uses the
method of theory and practice, employing theory to guide practice. Firstly, the paper
expounds the relationship between and BPR from a theoretical point, providing a
theoretical basis for the study. Then,the paper discusses the necessity and feasibility
of A company's e-business application. According to problems appeared in the
process of application, A company launched a series of initiatives aimed at
promoting the e-business application, from the institutionalization and
standardization construction,personnel training to technology etc. But the company
also found that the e-business system played little role in company's operating, and
the system gradually becomes a mere formality. The e-business system cannot bring
the benefit to the company, and the operating problems still exists. Therefore, A
company believes the relevant business processes reengineering in the process of
e-business applications is required, in order to eliminate non-value-added part of the
process in exhibition management. Finally,the paper evaluates the possible
efficiency in the application of e-business and relevant BPR. The research indicates
that, e-business system helps to reduce cost, improve efficiency, optimize the
management system and enhance the competitiveness for the exhibition companies.
In order to ensure the system's efficiency, the corresponding BPR is also required in
the process of e-business application. The paper has some practical implications for
traditional exhibition enterprises to improve and optimize the service process and
management level,and hopes to provide some valuable suggestions for other
exhibition enterprises in business process reengineering.
