摘要
财务公司是依托集团、服务集团的非银行金融机构,在国有企业改革和发
展中发挥着举足轻重的作用。从1987年第一家财务公司诞生至今,特别是近年
来,在提升企业集团资金集中管理和提高企业集团资金使用效率以及增强企业
集团的管控能力和提升核心竞争力方面的作用越来越重要,对实体经济发展提
供直接、有效金融支持的特色越来越明显,财务公司欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司已逐渐成为我国金融
体系中一支不可忽视的力量,发挥着不可替代的作用
依托集团是财务公司的生存之本,先有集团公司,后有财务公司,财务公
司无论从资金来源还是服务对象上来说,都是集中于集团内部,财务公司的经
营风险更多的来源于集团的系统风险。服务集团是财务公司的发展之路,财务
公司必须以为企业集团及其成员单位提供优质、高效、安全和便捷的金融服务

身核心竞争能力提升。企业集团需要财务公司,财务公司必须依托集团优势,
充分利用自身在集团的地位,主动为集团服务,主动创新业务品种和服务形式
以满足集团对金融服务需求变化和适应金融市场环境变化,主动加强自身网络
结算服务能力和资金集中管理通道建设以整合企业集团的金融资源和提高集团
资金集约化管理能力,通过买方信贷、消费信贷和融资租赁支持集团产品销售,
通过融通资金鼎力支持企业集团的经营与发展

Abstract
Financial company in enterprise is a non-bank financial institution with Chinese
characteristics in the financial system, it is also one of the supporting policies in the
strategy called ”big enterprise, big group. It also play an important role in the
reform and development in those state-owned enterprises. The first financial
company was bom in 1987,especially in recent years, with the development of
China's economic and enterprises, the importance of financial company can be
divided into four aspects. First, it strengthened the centralized fund management.
Second, it will enhance the enterprise the service efficiency of funds. Third, it will
enhance the enterprise group's ability to control and improve the core
competitiveness. Fourth, it is becoming more and more obvious in the development
of the real economy and it can provides effective financial support. So the financial
industry has gradually become a force to be reckoned in the financial system in our
country.
Financial companies in the process of development should always adhere to
based enterprises and serve enterprises. We should learn to work closely with other
financial institutions we can improve the level of enterprise capital intensive and
internal capital operation efficiency through the provision of internal financial
services, it can reduce the external debt and the cost. It can fix the lack of external
financial institutions in time also can provide efficient and comprehensive financial
services, create value for enterprise .It played an important role in optimize
enterprise resource configuration, strengthen the ability of risk control, realize
collectivization management, enhance core competitiveness. At the same time, the
birth and development of the financial company also played a positive role for all
kinds of financial institutions to improve their service efficiency, service quality,
promote the development of financial industry diversification,. The birth and
development of the finance company is not only the inherent requirement of rapid
development, but also is the overall trend in the country's financial system reform.

registered capital of300 million Yuan, it was established by the cooperation of Anhui
province energy group co., LTD. And Anhui energy co., LTD. As a newly established
financial company, it is actively looking for its own management model.
In this paper, by analyzing the management mode and the way of the
management in domestic and international financial company .1 detailed analysis of
internal and external environment faced by our companies. I combined with large
enterprise groups in our country and the actual situation of financial system reform,
and put forward for the company's development goals and give some advice to
achieve those goals.
