摘 要
随着我国经济的快速发展和知识更新速度的不断加快,企业对管理人才的要求不
断提高,培训市场需求不断扩大。因此,吸引了很多企业投身于培训欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司,使得国内
培训业得到了迅猛发展,培训欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司竞争也日益加剧。但是,由于欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司本身的发展还不够
成熟,国内培训企业和国外同欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司企业相比实力相差还很大,加之企业在发展中战略目
标不明确,战略定位和选择不当等,使企业的生存和发展受到影响。因此,如何将企
业做大做强,使得企业能够健康稳定的发展,这是国内培训企业所要解决的问题。为
此,针对会计培训欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司竞争激烈的态势,本文以金诚泰教育集团为研究对象,通过对其
竞争战略进行研宄,以便找出一条依托自身优势的发展之路。

本文运用战略管理的相关理论,采用PEST分析、SWOT分析方法以及企业核心竞争
力相结合的方式,在对金诚泰教育集团战略规划和战略分析的基础上,制定了金诚泰
教育集团的竞争战略:以市场为导向,依托欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司经验、优质师资和标准化教学运作优
势,以会计真账实操课程为核心优势产品,采取成本领先为竞争手段,有效扩张全国
市场。

本文希望通过对金诚泰教育集团的战略路径研究,探索出一条会计培训欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司中小
企业发展之路,为其他同类培训机构提供一定的帮助和借鉴。

ABSTRACT

The training market demand is expanding along with the continually improved

requirement of the quality of the management personnel which is caused by rapider

economic development and higher refresh rate of knowledge in our country. As a result,

many enterprises are attracted to the training business; it let this industry develop briskly and

get fiercer competitions. While, compared to the overseas,the training industry in China still

have a long distance to go,our immature industry doesn't have a strategy target, a proper

strategic positioning and choice,which influences the development and the life force of these

enterprises. So how to expand and strengthen the enterprise and keep a stable and healthy

growth is the problem of our industry. Therefore, focus on the fiercely competitive market,

this paper takes King Cheng Tai Education Group as the research object and through the

study of its competitive strategy tries to find a road which depends on its own advantages.

This article adopts strategic management and related theories, with PEST analysis,

SWOT analysis and a combination of enterprise core competence,and finally lays down the

competition strategy of King Cheng Tai Education Group: Being market-oriented, the

competition strategy relies on the industry experience, the advantage of high-quality teachers

and standard teaching operation, takes Accounting Simulated Practice Courses as the core

advantage product and adopts cost-effective strategy to expand the national market

effectively.

The purpose of this paper is to find a road for small and medium-sized accounting

training organizations and provide certain help and reference for other training corporations

of the same kind through the research of King Cheng Tai Education Group's strategic route.
