ABSTRACT
With the development of economy and finance, old financial theories
have provided unfoundamental explanation and unsustainable guidance for
economic development. A new theory threats the financial system as a whole
ecosystem, pay more attention on law, structures, government, cultural,
moral and ethical factors have been proposed and carried out extensive
discussions. This paper studied the relationship between commercial banks
and financial ecological environment, and tried to define the concept of
financial ecology of commercial banks, to find a more viable way that solve
the financial problem from treating the banks and the financial ecological
environment of a whole unity, use ecological principles and methods, strongly
respect the financial ecosystem characteristics of effective allocation of
resources, and by means of risk management to promote economic growth, but
also to promote the harmony and order financial ecosystem.
The goal of this article is to explore the way that the development of
commercial banks can achieve internal and external coordination and response
to the external environment affects. On the one hand, how to apply financial
ecological research results better to business practices of commercial banks,
and how to achieve financial development of the industry at the same time, to
better promote the social and economic development. Thus the article tried to
establish a quantitative index system and mathematical model. Using this
mathematical model is used to seek for a viable way to improve the level of
bank ecological, which also is the innovation of the article. The articles
selected semi-annual statistics data of all institutional credit departments of a
sub-branch of the NY Bank of Zhejiang Province. A fundamental empirical
analysis had been used to describe the financial internal ecological and
external ecological level and the problems of the NY-bank. And the article
pointed out practicable and detailed suggestion and guidance of how to
improve bank financial ecosystem from this five aspects: the customer base
ecologization, marking system ecologization, risk management ecologization,
product innovation ecologization, bank social responsibility ecologization.
