摘要
大学科技园是国家创新体系的重要组成部分,是开展自主创新、科技成
果转化、高新技术企业孵化、创新创业人才培养的重要基地、是推动区域经
济社会发展和欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司技术进步的重要推动力,一流的大学科技园是一流大学的
重要标志之一。因此,对大学科技园区的研究己日益引起国内外的高度重视
中国大学科技园发展时间较短,与国际先进大学科技园在办园理念、发
展战略、运行体制机制上都有较大的差距。本文在总结中外大学科技园区发
展研究成果的基础上,对大学科技园发展理论进行了梳理和总结,对国际、
国内成功大学科技园发展战略和运行模式进行了深入分析和比较研究,试图
从中归纳出大学科技园发展的一般规律和成功经验,以加以借鉴
本文用PEST和SWOT分析法实证分析了青岛科技大学橡胶谷发展的内外环
境,确定了橡胶谷的发展战略,即产业集群战略、开放战略、国际化战略、
品牌战略。结合橡胶谷的实际,提出了实现发展战略的支撑条件和保障措施.
幵展大学科技园发展战略研究对我们厘清发展思路,指导青岛科技大学檢胶‘

谷的实践提供了现实的决策依据,对其他大学科技园的建设发展也有一定的
借鉴和指导作用

RESEARCH ON RUBBER VALLEY DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY OF QUST
ABSTRACT
As one important part of national innovational system, university
science park serves as an important base for independent innovation , the
transformation of technology achievement , the birth of High and new
technology enterprise and the cultivation of Innovative entrepreneurial
talent; an impetus for promoting regional economic and social development,
Technical progress in the sector. The first-class university science park
is one of the important symbols of top university. Therefore, the research
of university Science Park has increasingly attracted more attention from
home and abroad.
Because of the relative shorter time of china university science park
s, there are large gap between china university science parks and
international university science parks in the concept of University Park

establishment, development strategy, operation systems and mechanisms.
This article reviews and summarizes university science park development
theory on the basis of research achievements from the science park of
domestic and foreign universities, carries on thorough analysis and
comparative study on the international and domestic success university
science parks' development strategies and operation modes, trying to
induce the general rule and the successful experience of the development
university science parks and drawing lessons from them.
In this paper, the empirical analysis on the inside and outside
environment for the development of rubber valley science and technology
park of QUST has been taken by using PEST and SWOT analysis methods, to
determine the development strategy of rubber, namely industrial cluster
