本文综合运用企业战略管理、市场营销、人力资源管理等理论思想,研究
和利时公司集散控制系统发展战略与实施策略。在对国内外集散控制系统发展
与企业战略管理研究现状综述的基础上,从宏观环境、欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司环境和公司内部条
件三方面分析和利时公司集散控制系统的发展现状。利用 SWOT 方法分析和利
时公司集散控制系统发展的优势、劣势以及面临的机遇和威胁,制定和利时公
司集散控制系统发展战略,提出销售实施策略和产品实施策略。最后从人才引
进制度、研发投入力度和售后服务体系等方面提出促进和利时公司集散控制系
统发展的对策建议。
本论文的研究成果在于希望能够为公司的未来发展确定方向,并且使公司
走出现在的经营困境,以新的市场营销战略在竞争激烈的市场环境中保持高速
发展。

Abstract
Hollysys company as a domestic large company of distributed control
system is facing opportunities coexist with the crisis situation at this stage. With
the deepening of the implementation of the automation industry, distributed
control system as automatic control becomes more and more important in the
entire automated business system. The introduction ofDecision of the State
Council on Accelerating the Cultivation and Development of Strategic
Emerging Industrieshas provided new opportunity for development of
distributed control system in 2010. Meanwhile, with the rapid development of
foreign automation, the concept of automatic control is changing, the
development of the distributed control system has entered a bottleneck period.
the main problem is the foreign influx of distributed control systems, more and
more powerful strength of alternative products and competitors, more and more
difficult market development and so on. How to seize the opportunity, solve
crisis and maintain the company's core competence is the key issues for
distributed control system development of Hollysys company.
Therefore, this dissertation uses theories of the enterprise strategic
management, marketing and human resources management to study the
development strategy and implementation tactics. Based on the research review
of the distributed control system development and enterprise strategic
management study, it analyzes the development status of distributed control
system of Hollysys company from three aspects of the macro environment,
industry environment and internal conditions. This dissertation analyzes the
strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the distributed control
system development using the SWOT method, formulates the development
strategy, and puts forward the sales tactics and product tactics. Finally, it gives
countermeasures to promote the development of the distributed control system
of Hollysys company from the talent introduction system, R & D investment
and after-sales service system.
The research results of this dissertation is to hope for the future
development of the company to determine the direction, make the company
going out of business now, and keep the high-speed development in the
competitive market environment with a new marketing strategy.
