摘要
战略是塑造未来的一种努力。对经济发展来说既是一门科学也是一门艺术。一方
面需要给予人直觉地判断,一方面也需要综合大量信息进行理性分析。同时战略还需
要通过思考将内外部资源与能力进行协调,从而达成可执行的行动计划。战略对经济
发展的意义不言而喻,本人结合工作实际获取了论文研究所需的第一手信息和相关数
据欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司。本着“发现问题一分析问题一解决问题”的逻辑思路,本文以上海松江经济
区作为实证研究的主体,通过对松江经济区的内外部环境进行充奋的分析,明晰出其
发展的优劣势,以区域发展战略理论为依据,发掘出今后松江经济幵发区应当建立的
发展战略体系,并明确这些发展战略的实施,松江经济开发区应该坚持实施高端化、
轻型化、品牌化战略,以完善产业链和强化产业集聚为重要抓手,提升优势产业核心
竞争力,提高整体产业的配套能力;推进区域产学研一体化进程,提升产业的创新和
科技含量;提升松江现代产业体系对松江新城、上海国际化大都市乃至长三角都市圈
产业的支撑和综合服务功能。

Abstract
The strategy is to create an effort in the future. The economic development is both a
science and an art. A need for human intuition, hand also need a lot of information
comprehensive rational analysis. At the same time, the strategy will also need to coordinate
internal and external resources and capabilities through thinking, to reach an executable
plan of action. It is self-evident strategic significance to the economic development,
combined with actual work to obtain the desired first hand information and relevant data.
The spirit of “ logic mining problem finding problem of a problem,this paper takes
Shanghai Songjiang economic zone as the main body of empirical research, fully through
the analysis of Songjiang economic zone of the internal and external environment, clear out
their advantages and disadvantages in development, according to strategic management
theories,explore the future development of system development strategy should be the
establishment, and the detailed rules for the implementation of the development strategy is
clear, and put forward the measures to solve these problems. Analyze and formulate the
development strategy of the economic development zone, provide a reference for the
development of regional future,and also provide some reference for the similar regional
development
The results show that, the economic development zone of Songjiang should adhere to
the implementation of high-end, light-duty, brand strategy, in order to improve the
industrial chain and strengthen the industiy as an important starting point, to enhance the
core competitiveness of industries, improve the overall industrial supporting capacity; to
promote the regional integration process, the promotion of innovation and scientific and
technological content industries; promoting the Songjiang modern industrial system on the
Songjiang metro, the international metropolis of Shanghai and the Yangtze River Delta
metropolitan industrial support and comprehensive service function
