本研究重点研究 A 企业 ST 项目团队的沟通管理问题，分析 A 企业的组织结
构和产品生产流程，应用问卷调查的方式，找出 ST 项目团队沟通管理中存在的主
要问题。通过对这些问题加以分析，得出影响 ST 项目团队沟通管理的制约因素：
组织结构、沟通方式、管理者的理念和行为等。本研究发现，由于 ST 项目团队成
员之间的知识水平、理解能力、个性特征、沟通方式的差异，以及企业内部组织
结构沟通模式的缺陷，使得项目团队沟通不畅，导致项目进度缓慢。本文运用项
目管理的相关理论，以及沟通管理及项目团队管理等理论，针对 ST 项目团队的沟
通管理的问题，提出明确项目负责人的权责、加强沟通管理培训、提升管理者沟
通理念等解决方案和措施；以及建立项目信息交换平台和项目信息数据库，以提
高有效沟通的可操作性。

本研究期望能对企业项目团队的沟通管理有一定的借鉴意义，为企业创造出
和谐高效的团队，促进企业高效发展起到推动作用。

In the modern enterprise project management,the connection between functional
departments and team members tends to be more closely linked.Their communication is
throughout the lifetime of the project.However,the communication project management
problems have become more and more prominent.And how to solve and optimize such
kind problems are very important in the enterprise project management.
This thesis focuses on the study of communication management problems of
project team ST in company A . We analyze the organization structure and product
manufacturing process of company A. And using questionnaire to find out the main
problems existing in the communication management of project team ST.Though
analyzing these problems,the factors affecting the communication management of
project team ST are found:organization structure,communication mode,manager’s idea
and behavior,etc.This study shows that ,due to the differences between the knowledge
level,understanding ability,personality characteristic and communication mode of the
team members in project ST,along with the defects of the communication mode of
enterprise internal organization structure, the project team communication is not
smooth,which resulting in the project progress is slow.This thesis uses the relevant
theory of project management,communication management and project team
management,etc.Aiming at the communication management problems in project team
ST, we put forward the specific responsibility of project leaders,strengthen the training
of communication management,improve the communication concept of the managers
and so on.Meanwhile, we establish the exchange platform of project information and
project information database to improve the operability of the effective communication.
This study is expected to have a certain significance to the communication
management of the enterprise project team,creating a harmonious and efficient team for
enterprises,so that it can promote the development of enterprises efficiently.
