摘要
对于电视新闻来说,主题新闻节目和事件性新闻节目是最常规的区别标准。从内容
上看,主题新闻节目具有时效性强、关注度高、逻辑层次递进、解读详实等特点,从制
作流程上看,它必须要遵循“策划-计划-采制-合成”这样的生产顺序,在人员配置上,
完成一个主题报道任务也需要组织、策划、釆制等各类人员的高度配合,在时间安排上,
主题新闻节目必须要有严格的制作时间,只有在有限的时间内完成生产制作,才能保证
规定时间段上的顺利播出。

结合主题新闻节目的制作流程、时间安排、人员等特征,可以将它视为一个项目过
程。作为实施项目的主体,项目团队直接影响和制约着项目生产的最终效果。因此,建
设一支高效的主题新闻节目团队,是实现主题新闻节目生产目标的前提和保证。

本文首先来分析辽宁广播电视台新闻中心主题新闻节目的特点,由于其具有项目生
产的特征,本文接下来从项目管理的视角出发,对其团队的特点、团队建设的现状进行
了深入的分析,然后,系统性的寻找目前主题新闻节目团队建设存在的问题和导致这些
问题的原因,最后,运用项目团队管理的相关理论,科学系统的提出辽台主题新闻节目
团队建设的改善方案。

随着时代的进步,市场竞争的日益激烈,运用科学的方法来建设一支优秀的团队,
对项目目标的实现至关重要。项目团队管理是目前应用最为广泛的管理理论和方法之
一,在辽台主题新闻节目团队建设的过程中,融入先进的项目团队管理理念,可以帮助
其建立一个新的团队建设体系,这必将为提高团队工作效率,提升节目质量,实现更好
的播出效果以及赢得受众青睐提供一个新的思路和借鉴。

LRTV based on project management
Abstract
For TV News, thematic news program and information news program is the most
conventional distinction. From a content point of view, thematic news program has a strong
timeliness, concerned about the high logic level progression,the detailed interpretation, etc. In
the production process, it must follow the plan - Plan - to collect and process - synthesis of
this production order. In staffing, completion of a subject reporting tasks also need to organize,
plan, collect and process a high degree of co-ordination of all categories of personnel. On the
timing, it must have strict production time, and only in a limited time manufacturing
production, in order to ensure smooth broadcast in the specified time.
Combined with of thematic news program ’s production process, schedule,personnel,
and other features, it can be regarded as a project process. As the implementation of the main
body of the project, the project team directly affect and constrain the final effect produced by
the project. Therefore, the development of an efficient thematic news team is a prerequisite
and guarantee for the topic news program production goals.
In this paper , First to sum up the characteristics of the thematic news program of LRTV .
Due to its characteristics of project production,and then from the perspective of project
management, to make a Scientific analysis of the characteristics of their team, team building,.
Then, the systematic search for the news programs, team building and the causes of these
problems, and finally by the project team management theory, to put forward the systematic
improvement of the news team building program.
With the progress of the times, the market competition is increasingly fierce, the use of
scientific methods to build a good team is fundamental to the achievement of project
objectives. The management of the project team is one of the most widely used management
theory and methods, and integration of advanced project team management concepts in the
process of thematic news team building of LRTV, can help to build a new team building,
which will improve the teamwork efficiency and improve the quality of programs, to achieve
a better broadcast and won the audience the favor of providing a new way of thinking and
learn from.
