本文首先介绍了论文的一些研究背景 、研究对象、研究的目的和意义、研究

研究中,比较全面地分析了公司的一些基本状况,系统地研究了公司的内部环境、
外部环境及其发展趋势,对公司总的发展战略也作了总体描绘,本文着重运用了(公
司战略选择模型)SW0T 分析模型这一战略选择工具,对公司所面临的机会、威胁、
强势、弱势等各种组合情况进行综合概括、比较,然后再运用一体化理论对公司
发展战略的选择进行了分析,经研究眀确了公司的战略选择:主要是实施一体化
战略。本文提出了采用一体化战略的一些主要战略思考,即石灰石矿山资源和沿
江中转码头资源对海螺水泥的一体化战略意义和可持续发展的重大作用。最后深
入研究了实施一体化战略的主要内容、建设方针、实施方法、时机选择和保障措
施等。论文结论是,海螺水泥要做大做强,一体化战略是必然的选择。海螺水泥
必须要加强实施一体化战略,整合石灰石资源和水泥码头资源这两种战略资源,
充分发挥整体资源优势。通过占领水泥产业链的这两个关键资源环节,提升企业
的综合比较优势,最终增强企业的核心竞争力。

ABSTRACT
Anhui conch cement co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as Conch) is the largest
cement manufacturer and supplier in China, conch brand cement has become the most
famous brand in cement industry of China, the conch has the largest and third largest
production capacity in Asia and the world. As the representatives of cement advanced
productivity of China, Conch has the comprehensive competitive advantage.
Comprehensive understanding of macro environment and the development
characteristics of China's cement industry, by study its core competence and advantage.
And researching cement significance of industry integration on the development
strategy of cement enterprise, to grasp the development strategy of the enterprise in
better.
In this article, the thesis research background, research object, research purpose
and meaning, research questions, the data collection method and the process of research,
research framework, etc are introduced in the first. Then this paper discusses and
reviews of the integration strategy theory. Conch cement as the research object, this
paper is based on a conch cement has significant influence in the cement industry; it is a
typical representative of the cement industry. In the study of the integration strategy of
conch cement, this paper comprehensively analyze the company's basic situation,
systematically study the internal environment and external environment of the company
and its developing trend, and making the overall describe the general development
strategy of the company. this paper uses the strategic choice model (company), SW0T
analysis model of the strategic choice for tools on the company's strengths, weaknesses,
opportunities, threats, such as various combinations situation comprehensively
summarization and comparison. Then by using the theory of integration of the company
development strategy analysis to confirm the company's strategic choice, mostly the
company will continue to improve the T type strategy and strengthening the
integration strategy. This paper puts forward strategy major strategic thinking on the
integration, namely the strategic significance of limestone mine resources and the
transfer along the river port resource integration for conch cement and the important
role of sustainable development. At last, the further study of the implementation of
