随着近年来社会物质生活的丰富,经济水平的发展，人们生活质量发生质的改变以
及饮食结构的调整，使得糖尿病发病率呈现一种爆发式迅猛窜升的趋势，糖尿病
作为一种特殊的终身伴随的疾病，确诊之后就需要一直进行辅助治疗，而 2 型糖
尿病则由于多伴有并发症，现在更严重影响现在人们生活质量和身体健康，并导
致了沉重的经济负担。传统的胰岛素介入治疗存在着一定的风险，随着科学技术
的进步，GLP-1 的发现将会改变这一现状。它有着良好的治疗特性，具有很多传
统治疗药物不具备的特点，能降低传统治疗方法带来的潜在风险，本文的目的在
运用项目经济评价的各种理论，结合项目本身的情况，对项目进行经济评价和分
析，得出科学的可行性结论。

首先，本文介绍了项目经济评价和风险分析的现状，回顾了相关的理论和概
念，分析了项目的背景和意义，并对项目的技术、社会环境和市场前景进行的概
述，以此来全面评估项目的市场空间。在确保技术可行的基础上，通过这一类项
目常用的经济评价和风险分析方法，分析项目的财务问题，对盈利能力、偿债能
力和资金周转能力进行了评测，最后，通过风险识别研究项目的潜在的风险问题，
最后得出项目可行性的结论。

ABSTRACT
The Diabetes is caused by genetic factors, immune dysfunction and other causes of
the syndrome. In recent years, with the social and economic development, people's
living standards improve and diet changes, diabetes showed a rapid upward trend,
diabetes as a lifelong disease that requires long-term and comprehensive treatment, and
type 2 diabetes are due to multi-accompanied by complications, and now people are
now more serious impact on the quality of life and physical health, and led to a heavy
economic burden. There is a certain risk by the traditional insulin intervention, GLP-1's
appearance will change this situation. The project aims at the scientific feasibility
conclusions through the use of economic evaluation of the various theories, combined
with the circumstances of the project itself, and providing the project economic
evaluation and analysis
First, the article describes the project economic evaluation and risk analysis
situation, review the relevant theories and concepts. And analyze the background and
significance of the project, and the project's technical, social environment and market
prospects for an overview, in order to fully assess project market space. In ensuring the
technology feasibility, based on this type of project through common economic
evaluation and risk analysis methods to analyze the project's financial problem,
profitability, solvency and liquidity capacity evaluation, This study further discusses the
risk identification of the project's the potential risk issues. Finally the study comes to a
conclusion of the project feasibility.
