内河航运发展潜力巨大,西江中上游货运市场机遇空前。珠海港受经济发展制约,

总体发展滞后,为促进西江货源向珠海港聚集,珠海港股份拟投资建设梧州大利

口码头。

为论证梧州港大利口码头项目的经济可行性,更好的为投资者提供决策依据,

本文首先以珠海港实施“西江战略”、拓展港口腹地作为本文研究的背景,在对国

内外研究现状的基础上,运用调查法、模拟法、定量和定性分析方法,从地理位

置、自然条件等角度分析得出本项目具备投资的必要条件;根据区域经济发展情

况分析说明了项目市场发展前景可观,分析所在地码头现状及项目腹地货源货量

的情况得出拟投资的项目具备有力的市场竞争力和充足的货源基础;通过对项目

盈利能力、偿债能力等财务生存能力对项目进行财务评价,通过盈亏平衡点和敏

感性对顶目进行不确定性分析,计算得出项目运营后财务状况良好,财务收益率

明显高于欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司平均标准;最后分析通过资金、人员、政策三种措施保障项目得以

实施。

研究结果表明,拟投资的项目竞争力较强,具有一定的投资价值,符合国家

产业政策和企业发展战略,符合股东要求的投资回报率。该研究对理论和实践的

结合具备一定的参考价值,同时为投资者投资决策提供依据。

ABSTRACT

With China's economic transformation, the development focus of port investment

shifted from coastal area to inland which brings inland navigation market huge potential.

Especially the freight market in upper and middle of Xijiang River faces unprecedented

opportunities. Resteicted by the economic development,Zhuhai Port develops slowly.

With the aim of gathering more cargos, ZPH (referred to Zhuhai Port Co., Ltd) plans to

invest the construction of Dalikou Wharf in Wuzhou.

In order to provide bases as detailed as possible to the investors, with the

implementing of Xijiang Strategy”,based on the research at home and abroad,

applying the methods of investigation, simulation, qualitative and quantitative analysis,

from the points of geographical location and natural conditions,the assay research the

investment feasibility. The feasibility would be concluded in several aspects. The

development prospect is good according to analysis of regional development, the

market competitiveness is strong and the c紅go resource is sufficient according to tiie

analysis of the current local situation, the finical condition is positive and yield rate is

high according to the evaluation of profitability and debt paying ability,and the

investment is feasible according to tiie guarantee of sufficient fund, human resources

and positive policies.

As the research showed,the proposed investment project is competitive,of high

investaient value and up to tiie industrial policy as well as enterprise development

strategy, while the RIO can meet the requirements of shareholders. Meanwhile, with a

certain reference value, the assay can provides decision bases for the investors.
