摘要
这些年汽车消费已经成为中国经济新的增长点,根据2011年的欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司最新统计,中国
已经超过美国成为汽车消费的第一大国。本文研究了国内外项目管理体系,分析了现有
项目管理领域中的几种常用的项目管理组织架构,并以欧美汽车零部件制造企业的项目
管理为理念,运用这些先进的管理思想来探讨如何提高新产品幵发质量,缩短产品开发
周期,降低产品幵发费用;然后,作者以博泽汽车零部件公司的新产品开发过程中的项
目管理为例,分析了博泽汽车零部件公司在项目管理中在组织结构、资源分配、项目监
控方面存在的问题,进而针对这些问题对博泽公司的项目管理进行优化再设计,强调公
司内部领导层、企业文化、人力资源、绩效考核的支持也是对博泽公司优化的新项目管
理体系能够顺利实施的保证。

The optimized research of project management in product development for
Brose China
Abstract
Recent years, automobile consumption has become the new growth momentum of
Chinese economy. According to the latest statistic data in 2011, China has exceeded the
United States to become the biggest country in automobile manufacturing and sales. The
thesis tries to study the project management system both at home and abroad, to make
analysis on several project management organizational structures. Based on the project
management concept of Occident automotive parts manufacturers to explore how to improve
the quality of new products, shorten the product development period, and reduce the cost of
product development; then, the author take a case study on Brose China Co. Ltd on its the
new product development process in project management, to analyze its problems in
organizational structure, resource allocation and project evaluation; finally, a re-designed
project management system of Brose has been put forward to; with emphasis on the important
factors, the management support, corporate culture, human resources, performance
evaluation to ensure successful implementation of re-designed project management system.
