摘要
各生产制造企业都面临缩短交货期和降低成本的瓜力,这对企业来说是挑战
也是机遇。不断提高公司生产计划管理水平,对缩短产品周期、提高公司效益起
着重要作用。先进的生产计划管理理论和方法不断涌现,企业根据公司现状,选
择适合自身不断发展的先进的生产计划管理系统,对企业具有重要意义。

本文以WJ公司为研究背景。WJ公司是一家面向订单装配的,汽车模具标准件
(通用件)生产制造企业。模具本身是单件小批生产,但随着欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司的发展,模具
设计和制造逐渐向模块化、配件标准化、系列化的趋势发展,这大大缩短了模具
的设计和制造周期,也是模具欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司走向规范化和市场化的必然之路。

使用现场调研法,本文对WJ公司进行了全面了解,尤其是对WJ公司生产计
划管理系统做了的重点研究。针对WJ公司实际生产中常常出现的问题,比如,对市
场需求变化应对不及时、物料供应不及时、生产能力难估计等做了重点分析研究。

通过系统分析,针对WJ公司遇到的问题,结合生产计划相关理论知识和公司
的现状,提出了对生产计划管理系统改进的措施:设计适合WJ公司的主生产计划
管理系统和粗能力计划,完善现有的生产计划管理体系。

结合WJ公司产品生产情况,对主生产计划系统的体系结构、计划对象、时间
参数、模块化BOM和报表格式进行了设计,对主生产计划的编制过程和计算过程
进行了详细论述,并使用粗能力计划对主生产计划进行判断。最后提出了主生产
计划顺利实施的保障措施。

本文研究的WJ公司,所采用的:!■:生产计划管理系统的研究思路与设计方法对
其它的类似生产制造企业也有一定的借鉴意义。

ABSTRACT
Every one of manufacturing enterprises under pressure to shorten delivery time
and reduce the cost.lt is challenge and opportunity for enterprises. Continuous improve
the management of company production plan, can help the company to shorten product
production cycle,to help companies improve business efficiency. Advanced production
plan management system was invented.Enterprises to choose advanced production plan
management system, has important significance to the enterprise.
This thesis studies on WJ CO.The company belongs to Assemble - to - Order
production mode.WJ CO. produces Auto mould of standard parts(component
commonaIity).Professional mold manufacturing belong to single piece of small batch
production, but with the development of the industry, mould design and manufacture
gradually towards the modular, standardization of parts, product serialization. It greatly
shortened the mould designing and manufacturing cycle.This also makes the mold
industry more standardization and marketization.
Through the field research,this thesis comprehensively introduces the WJ CO.and
focuses on the production planning management system.WJ CO. Daily production
process,there are a lot of problems.For example,Company can not timely response to
market changes, and can!t ensure the supply of material,can&39;t accurate calculation of
production capacity.
System analysis is used to analysis the problem.In view of the company&39;s
problems, combining the theory of production planning knowledge and the present
situation of the company, put forward the improvement measures of company
production plan management system. These measures mainly is the reasonable design
of Master Production Schedule and Rough-cut Capacity Planning. Improve the
company&39;s production plan management system.
Combined with WJ CO. product production situation,we design the system
structure of MPS,planning objects, MPS time parameters, MPS of modularized BOM
and report format.MPS preparation process and the calculation process was introduced
in detail.And use the RCCP to evaluate MPS.In the end, MPS successful
implementation of safeguard measures are put forward.
This thesis studies the WJ CO. but the research methods and ideas of MPS can
also help other similar companies.

1.1课题背景
市场竞争加剧,买方市场格局明显,这就要求制造企业能够对市场和用户的
需求变化做出快速响应,这种快速响应不但要表现在生产技术方面,也同样重要
的表现在生产的管理方面,这样才能抓住一瞬即逝的市场机遇,才能在激烈的竞
争市场上立于不败之地。

生产计划管理系统是企业保障自身生产运营活动良好运行的重要依据,在现
代企业管理的体系中有着举足轻重的地位。生产计划是企业为了满足客户订单产
品要求,所制定的产品生产的总体计划,内容包括生产任务的确定与生产进度安
排等一系列的工作。企业生产计划水平的高低直接影响着生产订单完成好坏和企
业效益的高低。

汽车模具标准件生产制造企业,是典型面向订单生产型企业。现代汽车模具
标准件制造企业,基本是靠两大竞争力來生产和发展:一是生产技术能力,二就
是生产管理的能力。对生产计划的研究一直是管理学研究的重点。结合先进的生
产计划管理理论,针对公司生产管理的问题,改进公司生产计划管理的落后现状,
对公司有重大意义。⑴
1.2现实和理论意义
若生产管理中存有问题,必然造成生产效益的降低和生产作业劳动强度的加
大或无效率。市场竞争激烈,要企业保质保量按期交付订单产品,对产品生产进
行计划安排必不可少。管理方法要适应生产规模和生产模式,汽车模具标准件生
产种类较多,造成协作面宽,使管理难度更大更复杂。对汽车模具标准件制造企
业生产计划管理体系进行改善和提高对提高欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司生产管理水平,提髙企业效益,
有广泛的现实意义。

理论研究的目的,归根于实践的应用。生产计划管理理论不断发展给实际应
用提供很好的理论支持和操作工具,同时,生产实践的应用也是对生产管理理论
最好的验证,在实践中不断发现问题,提出问题,为理论的进步开拓新的领域。
