摘 要
近年来,农产品的冷链物流的发展受到各界的关注。政府对其较为重视,在2011
年7月,发改委发布了《农产品冷链物流发展规划》这一指导性文件,为我国农产品
冷链物流的发展指明了前进的方向。专家学者在不同的角度对于农产品的冷链物流进
行了全方位的研究,指出了农产品冷链物流的发展中取得的成就及其存在的不足。同
时,随着人们对于农产品安全的重视程度的提高,以及资源节约型社会建设的要求,
就必须加强农产品冷链物流体系的建设。目前,农产品冷链物流依托于物流园区来幵
展的现象逐渐在社会上得到推广,物流园区的冷链物流虽然得到了较好的发展,但是
仍旧存在一定的问题,并且针对于某个特定的物流园区的战略发展几乎还没有学者对
其进行研究,于是,就有了本文研究的必要。

本文是在论述了近年来国内外农产品冷链物流方面的研究现状,农产品冷链物流
的理论的基础上,对南京A物流园区的农产品冷链物流进行全面、具体的案例研究。

首先对于A物流园区农产品冷链物流的发展现状进行介绍后,然后运用PEST战略从政
策、经济、社会、技术四个方面分析A物流园区发展农产品冷链物流的宏观环境,运
用SWOT战略分析A物流园区发展农产品冷链物流的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁,继而
对于SWOT的不同组合给予了不同的发展对策建议,最后选择适合A物流园区的发展
的SWOT组合策略,并在此基础上对于A物流园区的农产品冷链物流的发展给予战略
性的建议。

本文采用理论与案例相结合的方式,对于A物流园区农产品冷链物流的宏观环境、
微观环境进行了详细的分析,找出其发展的劣势与不足,在对其改进的基础上提出A
物流园区发展农产品冷链物流的建议和对策,希望能够对于A物流园农产品冷链物流
的更好发展提供理论参考。

Abstract
In recent years, the development of the agricultural products of the cold chain logistics
have concerned by all sectors. Government emphasized on it deeply, in July 2011, the NDRC
have issued the guiding document of the agricultural Cold Chain Logistics Development
Plan, pointed the way forward for China's agricultural development of the cold chain
logistics. Experts and scholars from different angles for cold chain logistics of agricultural
products have been a full range of research, pointed out that the achievements in the
development of cold chain logistics of agricultural products and its shortcomings.
Meanwhile, with the degree of attention for the safety of agricultural products increased, as
well as resource-saving society construction requirements, need to strengthen the
construction of agricultural products cold chain logistics system. At present, the phenomenon
of cold chain logistics of agricultural products rely on the Logistics Park to carry out
gradually in the community to promote, the cold chain logistics of Logistics Park to get
better,but still there are some problems, and for the strategic development of a specific
logistics park are almost no scholars to study it. Thus, there is the need for this study。。。
