摘要
通过全球化经济下的全球采购大环境的介绍，对比全球采购模式的研究现状，
对Alfa Laval集团公司的全球采购部门采购模式介绍和分析，利用
SWOT分析的方法，最终总结出一种复合的全球采购模式共享平台的解决方案，最后给出本地企业
和政府的启示。本文共分五章。

第一章是引言，主要介绍在全球化经济下，本文研究的选题意义，理论意义，
实际意义，以及研究的方法和过程。

第二章是关于全球采购研究现状的文献综述，主要说明全球采购的理论基础为
三个基础的经典的理论，以及列举了现今关于全球采购研究的一些情况，接下来有
接着举出了发展的趋势。

第三章是关于全球采购研究的必要性的阐述，列出了一些经典的全球采购模式。

还有全球采购在跨国公司对于提高自身产品竞争力的重要性和必要性。

第四章是全文的重点，详细的分析的
AL公司全球采购模式的情况，从中发现
出了关于全球采购模式复杂性的问题，这样提出了关于全球采购模式里沟通以及认
识的问题。接下来使用
SWOT的分析，系统分析了问题的原因以及根本来源。最后
