摘要
G公司研发战略研究
G公司始建于1934年。G公司1952年国家投资170万元进行扩建改造,成
为全国第一个风机专业制造厂。

G企业研发起步晚,底子薄,体系建设极其不完善。伴随中国工业企业的
国际化竞争参与度加强,现有产品研发体系的问题日益显露,在一定范围内限
制了企业的核心产品创新能力,成为公司国际化市场竞争的障碍。虽然,G集团
公司大部分产品的设计、制造水平处于国内领先地位,有些产品和单元技术已
经达到或接近当代国际同类产品水平,但是,有些与国外相比仍存较大差距。

而目前G集团公司并没有一套完整的研发战略,公司研发战略的制定及有效实
施现在已经迫在眉睫,只有制定准确的研发战略才能引导公司研发高速发展,
从而赶超世界先进企业。

自主创新成为G公司研发战略的唯一选择,公司只有研发出赶超国外的新
产品,才有可能在未来市场站稳脚跟。G公司将瞄准国际先进企业,紧紧跟踪市
场发展方向,加快技术创新步伐,及时推出机械欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司市场需要的尖端产品,提
高国家重大技术装置发展配套能力和服务能力,大幅增加国际市场份额,树立G
公司国际品牌,并继续巩固国内市场的主导地位
加快企业发展是繁荣民族工业赋予我们的历史使命。我们只有加快发展,
赶超世界先进技术,形成较强的国际市场经营和竞争实力,才能直面激烈的市
场竞争,承载起国家重大装备国产化的重任,推进国家重大技术装备国产化进
程。

Abstract
The study on the Research and Development strategy of G Company
G company was founded in 1934 and experienced expand construction with the
national investment of 1.7 million RMB in 1952. Since then it becomes the first fan
professional manufacturers.
The research and development of G enterprise started very late, undeveloped,
system construction is not perfect. But along with the competition situation intensifies,
the problems caused by existing research management system largely limit the
enterprise technology innovation ability, and become the soft rib of the enterprise
development. Although, most of the product designing technology and manufacturing
level of G Company are in the domestic leading position and some products and unit
technology have reached or come close to the contemporary international similar
product level, there is still a large gap compared with foreign countries. And at
present G group company has not a complete set of development strategy, the
company development strategy formulation and effective implementation is now
imminent, only make accurate r&d strategy can guide the r&d high-speed
development, so as to catch up with the world's advanced enterprise.
The independent innovation becomes the only choice of development strategy.
The company should develop new products which can surpass the foreign
competitors to gain a firm foothold in the market. The company will aim at the
international advanced enterprise, closely track the market development direction,
speed up the pace of technological innovation, launch timely market- need highly
sophisticated products, improve the national important technical device development
supporting ability and service ability, increase international market share, set up the
international brand, and continue to consolidate the leading position of the domestic
market.
To speed up the enterprise development is our historical mission entrusted by the
prosperity of the national industry. We have to speed up development, catch up with。。。
