由于经销商企业性质的原因,更关注与短期效益,因此对于人才的培养缺少系
统、长远的规划。经销商更希望直接获得具备良好技能和素质的成熟人才,具
备一定的工作经验,能够在短时间内给经销商带来回报,并尽量减少在人才培
养上的成本投入。而符合这种期望的员工,只能依靠社会招聘获得,而目前高
等职业院校毕业的学生还无法满足这部分企业的需求。同时,随着经销商对于
人才竞争的加剧,社会招聘的可用资源愈加匮乏,经销商更多的还是寄希望与
高等职业学校培养的人才。
一汽-大众汽车有限公司作为德国大众集团和中国一汽集团的合资公司,在
中国市场取得了巨大的成功,其中奥迪品牌一直是中国市场高档豪华轿车的领
军者。为了实现奥迪品牌在中国的持续增长和领先的市场地位,经销商网络正
在飞速扩张,而经销商网络扩张的背后,是对售后维修人员的巨大需求。并且
这种人员的需求,不仅仅体现在数量上,更体现在人员的素质和能力上。为此,
一汽-大众奥迪销售事业部计划通过开展“奥迪职业教育”项目,与优秀的职业
高校合作,共同培养符合奥迪服务标准的优秀人才,为经销商的人员发展提供
人力资源的支持。
基于奥迪销售事业部对于校企合作的项目规划,为了保证项目的成功实施,
本文从企业的视角,利用项目管理的知识,对于“奥迪职业教育”项目的计划,
从 4 个方面进行了阐述和分析。第一,阐述目前国家对于校企合作的指导思想,II
详细分析欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司内校企合作模式比较成熟的品牌以及他们的运作方式,以此确定
奥迪销售事业部职业教育项目所处的政策环境和欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司水平;第二,结合奥迪销
售事业部未来经销商网络发展和人员需求,分析奥迪职业教育项目目标及项目
价值,以项目目标为导向,需要在项目开展过程中,如何进行学校的选择、建
设等工作,以便能够完成校企合作的目的;第三,基于奥迪品牌的特点,阐述
了奥迪职业教育项目规划的主要内容,对于项目规划中的每项工作进行了详细
的分析研究,特别是对于项目成本进行了分析,确保项目计划具备较高的投资
价值;第四,为了保证奥迪职业教育项目能够顺利开展,文章从项目组织机构、
项目沟通方式、项目考核制度三个方面对项目的保障措施进行了阐述与分析,
确保项目在未来的持续实施中能够获得成功。

Abstract
Study on Audi Vocational Education Project Plan
For a long time, we’re used to paying more attention on theory education rather
than practice education, many graduates are unable to meet the capacity of
professional and technical personnel should. It lead to lots of graduates must learn
from the beginning to increase the practical ability to meet the production needs of
the enterprises. Auto dealer, as a part of the production enterprises, the demand for
technical personnel for maintenance services has been growing. dealers are more
willing to have direct access to get staff with a mature and good skills, but the current
status of vocational education cannot meet the needs of enterprises. Based on this
status, BMW and Toyota have started to develop vocational school project with
vocational technical schools in China. They train students with excellent maintenance
skills for dealers, and after graduation, BMW and Toyota will transport them to their
own dealer network. This could ensure dealers sustainable development and meet
dealers’ demand for qualified personnel.
FAW-Volkswagen is a joint venture company of the Volkswagen Group and
FAW Group, it has made a huge success in the Chinese market, the Audi brand has
been a leader in the luxury market. In order to meet the continued growth of the Audi
brand in China, FAW-Volkswagen Audi sales division expand its dealers network
rapidly, as the expansion of the dealer network, it is a huge demand for after-sales
service staff for Audi dealers. This huge demand includes not only the amount of the
service staff, but also the ability of the service staff. So the FAW-Volkswagen Audi
sales division plans to develop the school-enterprise cooperation to train qualified
graduates to support dealer staff development.IV
In order to make the plan of Audi vocational school project successfully, I will
analyze Audi vocational school project from enterprise’s point of view with project
management knowledge in 4 aspects. First, we need to understand the national policy
about school-enterprise cooperation, the successful school-enterprise cooperation
mode and how they operate the project. It could help us to know Audi vocational
school project in which the policy environment and industry level; second,
considering the Audi dealer network development and dealers’ staff needs, we
established the Audi vocational education project goals and the project value, and
what we will do to obtain the project goals; third, we make a plan about Audi
vocational school project based on the characteristics of the Audi brand, and make the
detailed analysis for each task in the project plan especially on investment to ensure
the project have a higher investment value ; fourth, make analysis for Audi vocational
school project from project organization structure, Project communication and Project
appraisal program to ensure the implementation of project in future.
